anyways not all cinema halls play national anthem after the SC order so that's not even a big deal

Noone can make one do anything they don't want to. The moment anyone says 'You have to' that's the end of democracy and free will unless you are breaking a law or something. Other than that,its fine.

Why is that a big deal? Last I checked isn't India a free country where people can do what they like? Whether they want to stand up or sit down, let them decide please!

I find it weird too to stand up anytime national anthem starts playing! ... I mean people get up even when there's the anthem playing during the movie even when it's more of a situational setting! ... Find it a bit weird fosho!
