He didn't say initially.. But when they didn't come with proper 2 names he said appo naane poren.. But again Kavin started with his target Abi on English rule and others followed (Cheran, Tharsh, Mugen).. Abi too said she'll go and Sandy gave Kasthuri and Abi as final 2...
