Disgraceful that @AkshayKumar who flaunts patriotism & concern for women STOLE copyrighted script of #MangalMission from script of #SPACEMOMs by @radhabharadwaj. She shared script with me soon after Mars Mission to help her raise funds. Sadly @vidya_balan is complicit in theft

The lawsuit is filed against Atul Kasbekar's team, not Akki.

Even Radha acknowledged that ‘the full details of the origin of this project were not known to Akshay Kumar, Fox Star (that is also backing Mission Mangal) or its US Parents’. But in her lawsuit, she alleges that Atul’s team violated the contract by sharing the script with Vidya, who is now a part of the cast of another film that is using her idea.

Iirc, this women came up with the allegation as soon as this Akshay film was announced. There were articles and stuff, but no one paid attention.

Anyhow, they all basically lifted the idea from Hidden Figures. No copyright for ideas. Unless there are actual scenes and dialogues lifted, the case has no merit.
