Haven't seen Mission Mangal but Kangana was pretty good in JHK. If the only options are these, I would go with Kangana.

Alia was terrific in GullyBoy. She was so natural. And that's not just my opinion, I know a lot of people loved her acting in the movie. I am not even an Alia fan so am not biased.

Where is swetha Basu for Tashkent Files, she is a contender too

Kangana won't win anyway, it requires networking and good bolly contacts and the sponsors and she has neither

Vidya it is for her fabulous performance and for her good contacts

Alia will get it purely for her contacts
