It's not easy because I'd say, she shouldn't have gotten married to a person she wasn't interested in to please her parents to begin with. It's easy for me to say though as I'm not her and don't know the hows and whys of her situation.

I think the girl should weight in the situation. If she feels her parents will be understanding & supportive and that she really can't stand her husband then she better leave BUT if it's a matter of her not knowing him and that she knows her parents won't ever look at her face in case she divorces then she might want to give it a try -except if she can live without her parents in her life.
