It seems sherin is upset about tharshan’s behaviour towards her..

She was telling that to vanitha ( of all the people unakku Ava dhaan kedaichaalaa??)sherin was cool about sandy and co kalaachufying connecting her with tharshan as she knows it is for fun only .. but the way tharshan immediately reacting showing his displeasure by his facial expressions as if he doesn’t like linking him with sherin... she told that on her part she is clear about their relation that they are good friends ..and doesn’t want to come in between his love outside ..but every time when he keep on registering that they are just friends.. just friends in front of camera is making her feel worse about herself.. ( idhaiyae dhaan andha Abhi yum sonnaa.. avanga kadhai appuram yenna aachu? adhellam Avan kannu munnadi vandhu pogumaa illaiyaa?)

But sherin ah paarthaalum paavamaa dhaan irukku.. ( Anbu oru anaadhai sir..)my advise to girls ,love a person when you know u can get a same love from the other end .. otherwise don’t whine just move on..

Somebody was commenting about sri lankan Tamil slang 'ava...iva' here.

Ava, iva is a term to address a female respectfully in lankan Tamil. They emphasize the L in AVAL to address a woman or girl disrespectfully or casually. And Avanga, ivanga...they use it for plural regardless of their gender. For male, avar is the respectful term while avan is casual or disrespectful depending on the tone of the speech.

If you guys watch Tharshan parents' interviews, there his mother addresses Fathima Babu as 'Ava'....

Somebody said about addressing children, they address them as vaanga, ponga, neenga NOT out of respect but out of affection. They never call kids in singular (like vaa, po, iru)

They also use a semi-formal term 'neer' which is to address someone known but not so a close person. Like neenga is formal, neer is semi-formal and nee is casual or disrespectful
