Hi Uma, nice update.

Episode was ok. As you said everything revolves around the baby when the baby is small. And each day teaches a new thing and is a learning experience. But as you said i too thought thank God i am done wth the nappy changing, feeding, loosing sleep phase 😆Its quite stressful yet the most fulfilling experience in the world.

Rakesh acknowledging his mistakes and vowing to make up for his grandaughter was lovely scene. He is a doting nanu. But frankly speaking mere liye toh nanu matlab sirf apne sameer ke nanu hai. No one can replace him.

Precap mein they are back to Krishna Kaustubi.

PS. Waise jisne Krishna Kaustubi khareeda tha, he too had bought it for his wife na toh phir becha kyun? Usse bhi hero banna hai kya 😆... sorry bad joke.

Thanks 😃 the title is that saying, “ it takes a village to raise a child”.

Yesterdays episode was better than the Monday one...the scenes with baby crying in the night..later RaSa catching up on their sleep was cute❤️also liked that they brought up some discussion on Rakeshs change of avatar...itna version upgrades ho gaya toh kuchh toh self realisation jaroori hai😆

agree with you ..after babies theres lot of convos on oil nappies and whatnot ...😆but didnt agree with nainas viewpoint at all that bacchon ko lath thappad se seekh milti hai..what nonsense...in fact since she had to go through so much she shud be of the opinion that i will not touch my baby also to hit her

Totally agree. Children don’t need to be hit for driving point home. Am totally against it. But un dinon ka kaafi homes mein reality bhi tha.

Remember we used to say that Parlay will become wife beater after growing up...but looks like Naina is also of the same T&T wala old school of thought still ..inspite of going through so much

Haan but many a times we internalise what we see, toh maybe that’s what with Naina

Precap...back to ahmedabad....yayyyy ...looking forward to see old gang👍🏼

Aaj ke precap mein, the baby is a bit bigger, so he is holding I think. Frankly I am still scared of holding a tiny baby.smiley36 Thanks to preeti atleast some realistic acknowledgement from Rakesh

Hey Uma

Bold- Same here.

I am also scared to hold tiny baby.

You know my kid was premature and she was very tiny .

Every time Nurse used to give her to me for Kangaroo care.

I still have that fear to hold baby that’s why normally I stay away from small babies.

You know I have one serious question.

That baby is very small then why bottle feeding?

Generally up to 6 months Moms do breastfeeding right?

Instead of wasting time on Vanita and Tanvi they could’ve give one scene on that. It would’ve look real and more interesting issue because for new Mom it’s very endearing experience and little bit fear also.

True, it’s not enjoyable to watch.

I liked R ka Suman se attachment and guitar scene after a long time. Some repentance wale dialogues courtesy Preeti darling warna toh R ne topic close kar diya tha asal se zyada interest pyara hota hai bolke. 😆...CVs ko laga hoga ki V ka yeh sab already ho gaya Delhi track ending mein isliye repeat na kiya. Well like you I am also not judging. 😆

😆 Ab judgement ka tame nahi hai

Shibani ko waqai Mars pe bhej diya ek wahi reh gayi Mumbai track wali jise pehle TanAdi se phi zyada SS diya tha aur ab TanAdi ka maasi chacha chal raha hai, waise Shibani Suman ki phoophi hui na? 😆

Tan Aadi jo marzi bane meri Bala se, gaayab ho Jayen toh behter hai.

2 years ka leap lag raha hai precap mein aur Sam ke khareedne se achcha hota mama gift karte yeh bangla. 3 more epis to go! Uss mein se ek KKHH pe bache do. 😆

Usme ek krishna kaustabi. Baaki bacha ek😆

In the episode as well as in general it is true as the saying goes ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. As new parents no matter how many classes you attend when you actually have the baby in your hand the experiences of others especially elders helps in handling the baby.

Totally agree, this is one thing which has to be experienced and not learnt, no matter who you watch from close quarters

Kind of a boring episode revolving around raising Suman/pampering Suman etc Episode could have revolved more around the two and Rakesh and their handling the baby.

Just like Mrugali Sameer also took Naina’s words about chaata and daantna of baby literally. Some amount of scolding is required when you have to discipline the child. Hitting/slapping is a personal choice which often comes out of impatience and stress of not being able to get through to your child.

True kids test our patience to the hilt but hitting is not acceptable coz the child is helpless in front of you and looks up to you for security. I agree with Sam and Mrugali on this one and if we go by the show, Sameer has always learnt from love and care. Infact Vs scolding didn’t work in his favour.

Rakesh realizing that he was never there for Naina as a child was well done and the only good part in the episode.

That truly was the best part in yesterday’s epi

Bingo. Absolutely!

Haan original Nanu is irreplaceable ❤️

I am totally with all wrt hitting/slapping. I have never done it to any of my 3 kids, though my oldest would do everything that would probably make another Mom do it..

what I meant above is that the way Sameer wanted to take Suman from Naina saying ‘mein sambhalunga’, seemed like he felt Naina was going to hit the baby right then. It was a discussion among them all sharing views on the pros and cons of hitting a child to make a point or to correct the child.

The kind of verbal abuse and taunts Sameer went through in the show was way more than being physically slapped.

no no. That’s not what I meant at all. Sorry if it came that way.🤗i know none of us would be in favour of any kind of hitting. But Naina putting it as if it has to be done for good upbringing and discipline is what I didn’t agree to.

what I meant above is that the way Sameer wanted to take Suman from Naina saying ‘mein sambhalunga’, seemed like he felt Naina was going to hit the baby right then.

Oh you felt that way kya. I thought he was just asking to hold the baby just like he keeps asking Rakesh😆

True that’s what I said. That only Nanu and Naina’s love and care worked with him. Vs and somanis taunts didn’t help and totally agree with the verbal abuse, I think it is way worse . I think any kind of abuse be it physical or verbal is detrimental and doesn’t help in any which way.
