no, but Jesus is western, and Indians think western=cool.

I personally prefer Hanuman or Mahadev's portraits. No nonsense gods who played no politics.

Always found Ramji and Lord Krishna, were either too nice or deceiving.

Basically, some people are saying she is following jesus because she is into exploring different religion or she is actually believing in the teachings of jesus and others are saying she is into Jesus becoz it makes her look cool.

Whatever that maybe, decor is definitely bot one of the reason some people wouldve you believed. But it's clear, pandey is just for namesake.

About ramji, yes I find him boring. Krishna is my fav for obvious reasons..😆even though i am not religious by nature, for spiritual reasons I do pray to goddess of gods ma durga and also mahadev.

ya phir kisi ne gift kiya. I remember one of my aunt's friend gifted her a Jesus potrait. And my aunt had in her wall, although my grand dad gave was shocked to see it, he was an old fashioned man, but he loved my aunt(youngest daughter) the most, so he didn't said much. And let it, although aab yoh portrait pata nahi kaha hai, probably lost somewhere after my uncle shifted and aunt also got married.

I am forced my mom to do the Pooja every Tuesday, because our family Pandit said. Maa ka maam rakhne ke liye karleta hu.

yeah Buddha statue is also popular. Many western people also keep murti of Indian gods , some thinking it is cool, or some have some spiritual or emotional connection.

What is with these weird religious topics lately?

Having a picture does not mean anything. My white friends used to keep ganpati idols I bought for them as souvenirs from India in their bedrooms or on their desk. My family puts up a Christmas tree and exchanges gifts on Christmas even though we are Hindu. I know many who go to popular dargahs even though they are not Muslim. People who live in multicultural societies or have friends from different cultures are very used to this.

Spread love for others and you get love in return. It is not a big deal. Your religion is whatever you feel in your heart, not what picture you have.
