Bajaj always says he respect woman. I feel if he does know about his aunt and tanvi he doesn't want to do anything because after all his aunt is his family. I think he doesn't know they can stoop so low as to use his daughter. Also even if he was aware of their evil intentions before prerna entered the picture kuki had no one because bajaj was always away on meetings. So he let them stay for kuki. When prerna realizes how lonely bajaj is she will chose to stay with kuki and him after he gets rid of his aunt and tanvi.
