Yeahh, I get that they're completely different women, and HS is also at a different stage in life and that brings a different kind of maturity as well... but Idk. Whenever I look at Imarti and HS together, I understand what HS means by giving himself up completely. Accepting the other with all their flaws, imperfections, bad and good. It's all consuming and also a complete and total surrender to the other. All your strengths and vulnerabilities, your insecurities and confidence - it's something else entirely.

It's a different kind of love, soothing, cool like the earth. It's about companionship in this mature stagee, dard ka rishta, something he never had with Imarti but will with Babita because the circumstances are difference. With Imarti, it was fire and passion, first love.

After knowing all this about Imarti and HS, I would still marry a man like him in a heartbeat. He is precious.

No wonder he told Lala that if Ashok had taken Babita (and Minnie) away he would not have been able to bear it. No human being can take that kind of loss twice.

I think I'm being overwhelmed with all the Imarti/Hanuman content. They're just so intense that everything else is paling before them. Hopefully after this track plays out, things calm down and am able to see that charm in Hanita again.

I agree. Despite, HS' past, it doesn't erase anything he has done in the present. His actions are still genuine, and were conducted sincerely from the heart. His feelings towards Babes and Minnie, his words of guidance, his efforts in bringing smiles to their faces - they're all true.

I understand how you feel. I was trying not to watch the episode again but I couldn't help it, and then cried all over again. The background score was just something else, it had an epic, sweeping fairy tale feel to it, albeit one that did not end in them living happily ever after. I will never forget what I saw today.

I also don't know how I will feel watching Hanita again, but perhaps the effect of Babita in his life will be as soothing to him as it will to us after this emotional turmoil.

Minnie wasn't there when all this happened, yet she could feel his pain very closely. I still wonder at how much she's in tune with his feelings, especially at such a young age. ❤️

I think again and again it reinforces their father-daughter bond and explains why he indeed loves her more than anything else in the world. He could reach out for comfort but Minnie understood what he needed, and gently held on to his arm as she rested her head on his shoulder. The look she gave him...uff...she had the same pained expression on her face as her father. It was a remarkable piece of acting by Aniruddh and Ashnoor in that scene.

Oh gosh, I don't think I've even cried properly. I'm still a little numb from the episode. They have used the bg scores in the show before but they have never affected me in this way. When it played for them, it was epic. Almost like their love story was beyond the mortal realm. And that's the overwhelming feeling I get from them. Their entire world was in each other. Yes, they had room for their other loved ones but the majority of it was taken up by each other.

Odd enough, I felt a soothing effect in the beginning of the episode when HS was talking to Minnie about the little things Imarti used to. Minnie was bang on when she said that he needs someone to just listen to him and be there. That's all he's asking for right now. Someone to just listen.

I'm really glad that HS has someone like Minnie in his life to provide that for him.

The music they played when they were giving the locket to each other, I don't remember hearing that piece before. Not sure if it was the played for the first time or not but it really gave it that epic feeling.

I'll have to listen to it again. I hope that Patiala Music Box YT Channel includes it in one of their vids.

The song that played before and after HS remembering their last night - it was hauntingly beautiful. Can't remember the lyrics fully now, but in some ways it seemed like even HS feels like he's not worthy of love. Whether it's Imarti's, Babita's or otherwise.

Again, I could be remembering that entire scene incorrectly. 😆

Yes, when she gives him the locket for his protection and kisses his forehead... He is so so afraid this will be their last night together. Oh god, just reading this is making me tear up.

During that whole sequence, Imarti was so sure about her death. And the way she was talking to HS, telling him how she wanted to be dressed as a bride... fudge. And Hanuman, he was holding hope against hope. That this just might work... I'm sorry I can't continue. It's just... it's too much. All their scenes have been just that - intense and overwhelming.

And lol to think of it, if only Imarti had agreed for the operation as soon as they found out about the tumor, she might have survived
