I saw sanjivani epi 1 honestly everything is so forced in the show like no period of calmness for people to get a grasp of story or the theme. First episode main jo subtlety honi chahiye so people can take the story in is non existent. It starts and before u know a child is drowning like literally there is no space given even to understand properly what even was happening with the kid😂😂 why such rush? Sid and ishani's interaction has to be in the list of top 10 most forced rushed 1st interaction and nok jhok which again had to head or tail to it. Who interacts like that the first time. And god lord can ishani calm down she needs a tranquilizer. There are parts where she is fine but those parts are way tooo less. Idk what rulea favoring character with mystery they were aiming for but she came across as annoying to put it simply. Rude and annoying for no good reason. Someone so obsessed with rules yet has no hold on manners ki aise kaise behave karna on first day of work.

Namit was actually good given how blank and bland he looked initially but his character sketch too is ghisa pita only. Just that this ghisa pita does not annoy per se.

I hope they pick up soon with proper introspection into writing and story development.

Okay maybe it's only us who feel so. Everyone else found it to be a "30mins of amazing movie"😝😛😂

Typical and expected reaction🤣.....fans ko toh sab kuch amazing hi lagega.

I agree with your review....the moments where Ishaani wasn't being hell annoying were too far and few in b/w. Also, it was bothering me how the direction just wasn't capitalizing on her screen presence even ONE bit.

I'm also wondering if her character is supposed to be on the spectrum.....the sudden bouts of aggression are making me wonder if she's mildly autistic or has Asperger's.....is this ITV ka lame attempt at a Good Doctor or Bones type of character? God, I hope not. 😕

Please if that's the case then direction writing acting everything is in negatives!😐😂😂 bones and her reactions has no comparison to ishani ka her highness attitude. SC in between did well but major part the character was annoying. And i feel that day when SC said punjabi Chandigarh girl so loud reaction thing is what they have taken literally. But honestly so lame that would be. Had par silliness ki bas baat baat pe bande bolwao usse cos punjabi.

DMG actually did a very good intro episode haan baad main had par backwaas. But intro was nice wherein one had that theraav to grasp in the theme take in the characters yahaan toh jhat pat aao niptaao. Even that case sorry but i did not find reality in it. Rather lot of creative liberty yes terminology and setting was fine but the overall synopsis put me off. I didn't find it real from any angle. Sanjivani original actually had great cases initially.

Her germophobia and agression is just loud imo. That threatening will call police was so stupid and just came across rude and khud toh shirt phadti phir rahi hai naa koi reason chalte phirte aadmi ka illaj karke chocolate de rahi hai when the person hasn't even complained. This is the issue wanting to show mystery they haven't shown anything which leaves everything blank and not so appealing atleast to me.

People going gung hoo over stars wishing best of luck is so lol worthy.

Bande is very typical Delhi/North India type slang and it’s not a problem to say it but you need to clearly define character traits. If it’s her takiya kalaam then it should be established dhang se, like say, a Michmichi was. The way she was randomly blurting it out, SC herself didn’t seem convinced. lol which is ironic cuz she said it so effectively as Anika. That’s the part that felt weird to me. Some of her reactions and way of speaking were Anika-like but like a weird version of Anika - not charming.

And yeah the doctor terminology felt ineffective to me as well cuz they didn’t build it around a proper case. It’s like rush mein kar diya and then khatam.

Number 1 - these ppl should be coming across believably and effectively as doctors...but Ishani just isn’t. She looks depressed 🤷‍♀️ Anika looked more believable as an interior decorator than Ishani looks as a doctor 🤷‍♀️😂. Is it poor execution from the PH ya SC isn’t being able to get into the skin of a Doctor convincingly? Her character just seems very awkward, but not an endearing way, which is shocking cuz SC is naturally endearing as a personality.

That scene when she puts on the white coat...her character just doesn’t seem comfortable in her skin and I think that is why SC is struggling cuz she is naturally a person pretty comfortable in her skin usually.

Word AY. She seemed lost and uncertain which is why majority of the time it was so unconvincing. The banda line just didn't seem nice. Nothing was suiting. As annika she was very very free. Everything seemed so natural. Over here as u mentioned that white coat scene was overdramatic there was no flow. It actually reminded me of redux annika the acting i mean. And i maybe wrong but SC herself seems quite anxious i felt so from her body language. Jaise ki kaise toh bas iss show ko ek dum top karana hai and that is showing.

I actually liked namit he did well given his caliber. Although character is total cliched. And vardhan is such a typical villain.

Word on anika ka sado version banane ki try who is pakki on morals/rules but uhhh anika was way more aaj ki girl then this unbearavle badtameez ladki they have shown us in epi 1. There was no semblence of maturity in her from word go she was acting like a brat be it the lame germophobia so can't handshake, prescribing/showoff/gyaan bantooing to sid or threatening him to get him fired i really connected with his ek shift khatam nahi hui sanjivani ki maalik samjhe bhaithi hai khudko or hogging doosron ke patients or random gloating woh kya tha main sach bolti ho samjhdar khud lag jaati hain? Iss ladi ka self pride bhi itna ghamdi hai there is nothing humbling or endearing about her chracter. Anika main yeh gratitude and grounding thi. She was super khuddar and proud of how she made herself but never arrogant or badtameez. Here the makers seem to think bas anika ke kuch traita chura lene se and sc playing the character only makes it successful yeah right😵 iss faltu version of anika ki rehne hi do bas.

But then idk if they ar3 completely wrong either because andhe fans ko movie lag eagi hai just like dbo walon ko woh bhaskar worthy perfection lagti thi and prayer mantis show ranisa ki acting ki heights🤣

It is a shame sc se uske saare likeable factors have been taken away from and she has been turned into this unlikeable mess of a character.sad part is she is the heroine caz as of now ishaani worked better more as the villain or the character we are aupposed to dislike than the one we are suppposed to feel for and fight for

As for SC herself...I can’t figure out her process of making choices...it’s a total mystery why she would pick characters that repress her natural acting style🤷‍♀️

Actors want to do different characters, I get that but why would you not want to play to your strengths even while you grow as an actor? Both NM and SC seem to have lost this ability post IB.

And honestly they look the most natural together as themselves...just look at the recent pic they posted yesterday...SC looks so much more at ease there than she does playing Ishaani.

Redux I thought was majboori and SC had no say in the character but here she’s CHOSEN to play this. I just don’t get why 🤔

Whenever she goes against her natural self, it doesn’t play out well. I thought she knew this by now but I guess not 🤷‍♀️ Sigh

Another thing that Dr. Asha no offence to the actor but when she speaks it's almost like she has something inside her mouth😐 the accent is SO FAKE it's embarrassing.
