I think that Khatri was a witness in the original HS murder trial

Maybe Khatri gave false statement, which is why HS calls him a lowlife, a liar and cheat in the beginning when they first appeared. Hence he has been wary of HS.

Now I wonder if he will be called again or if he had a hand in it.
