Why Shantanu was not allowed to perform with his choreographer(s)?

I don't know why he wasn't allowed when in the past, many couples performed without their baliye. What do you think?

If I remember correctly in the previous season Terrence sir had said the couples would not be allowed anymore in that season because it wasn’t completely fair. Also, his choreographers are his own crew so that makes it even more unfair. Like they’ve competed the world over, and run workshops regularly, so they could just perform something spontaneous and still be way better than the others.

Terence said that in last season and even in last season, some couple did it! And idk for this season, but they only had like 3 hrs to prepare for that act and Shan did an spontaneous solo ; he improvised; because they barely had time and despte that they were judged a bit harshly according to me. But to each their own opinion.
