Earlier today, Dia Mirza announced the shocking news of her divorce with husband Sahil Sanga after 11 years of togetherness. And now, there is yet again a saddening news of another broken marriage. Judgmentall Hai Kya writer, Kanika Dhillon confirmed that she has separated from her husband and director of the film, Prakash Kovelamudi.

A recent report in Spotboye revealed that famous Bollywood writer, Kanika has affirmed the news that her marriage with husband Prakash is officially bygone. The Judgmentall Hai Kya writer also has written hits like Manmarziyaan and Kedarnath. She got married to actor and director Prakash in 2014 and are no longer together.
On being asked if the separation took place while the duo was working on Ekta Kapoor’s recent release, starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, the two answered in unison “Yes, we did split but not during Judgementall Hai Kya. It happened 2 years back before the cameras rolled on the film.”

When the entertainment portal urged to know what exactly went wrong between the two, Prakash answered that “We were settled in Hyderabad, as my social circle is there, but Kanika shifted to Mumbai, around 2 years back...” At this time, Kanika interrupted him and said, “That’s really not important, what matters is that we are still friends and the decision is amicable.”
Furthermore, the duo was questioned if they will continue to work together, Prakash said, “Of course, why not! We have pulled this (Judgmentall Hai Kya) off together successfully and had a great time working together. Surely open to collaborate on more projects.”
