Just watched the 2nd episode. What a disappointment. A girl that has been raped is shown asking about her Baraat! What do these writers smoke when writing the script. It takes years of therapy for rape victims to even think about intimacy. But here she was shown more worried about her broken marriage. That was so unreal.

The other thing, if they took her to the hospital, why couldn’t they do a rape kit? She probably had semen on her which could be used to do DNA testing of all males present. Why are our writers living in ancient times?!

I really wish they do some research and do rape victims justice by showing what should be done in such cases.

Totally agree with you. such unrealistic approach kills the story , and makes it hard to relate to the characters. Also rapists should be aware of the result of their crimes, and that they can't escape law or punishment. 😈

Why i feel i have seen this serial.....or its a similar story...as per that story Ali abbas is the rapist and he is trying to frame his servant. That servant is actually the only one who has seen it. But he will get caught becoz of his watch fallen there.Frustrated with his wife ali abbas is more interested in his sali.

^ Its a little like Chup Raho, Sajal was raped by brother in law and mommy kept saying Chup raho. That was a disaster. now sister saboor is playing similar role.

Anyways, watched the 4th episode and I cant imagine a girl so devastated by not getting married when her body was violated a few nights ago. The way she begged her ex was sad. A guy who dumps you because of a violent crime is not worthy to spend your life with. She should be thanking her lucky stars she found out what a douche bag he is. I would have rather she spat on him. But this girl isn't concerned with what happened to her at all......her life is all about her wedding, how pathetic. Is this the writers vision about rape victims?

She hasn't inquired once if they are looking for the culprit, the person who ruined her life. These topics should be handled carefully, at least interview a few women who have been through this. Trust me, getting married is the last thing on their minds, not first.

I agree. This shows a skip. Another dissapointment.

I watched this weeks episodes in fast forward mood. I can't believe it how Saboor's parents talked to their SIL politly even after he told her uncle who they had a problem with about her rape. It is like he was spreeding news about their daughter in front of the whole world, while this sensitive topic should be kept in private.

Also HUM gives this show pretty crappy treatment , they upload episodes late on YT and some days they just dont air. Like today, I dont think Naqabzun was shown either for a telefilm. Weird.

You know Telefilms are usually about 2 hrs. they didn't have a drama ready to replace Inkaar, so they opted for this solution.

No. I stopped watching Naqabzan , coz I don't have much time. Hassad and Ramze Ishq eat my Monday time, Main Na Janoo and Darr Khuda Se have my Tuesdays .

Secondly why is his rape being justified as he raped her becuase he loves her!!!!! Since when can someone force himself on a girl in love?

Saboor did Jallan before where she was raped by Imran Aslam who was her sis bro in law. She then got married to him, but when she knew that he was the rapist she killed him.😃
