try luke warm water with a little lemon juice... it may helps prevent sore throat in initial stage...

Hello Haseena 🙋blame the condition to season change, the immunity goes down, especially after viral ,you both were down with viral few days back, looks like you are being careless with health.. use humidifier, ,honey tulsi, black pepper mix ,also salt water gargle ,works wonders TC

Hi Nithya yes I had honey and applied some oils for the scratchy throat. Taking hot water in between. Yes the humidifier is ON now. seems like many not well so the virus is easy to pass around and I am getting it too. how about you? had ur lunch?
