“ The story needed to explore Aditya and Zoya trying to be better partners to each other “ this is what the cvs didn’t get the chance to do, that was the second half of the story. Script was ready till March but colors just had to prove why ITV is referred to as the idiot box.

I don’t feel Poosh were entirely whitewashed. If you rewatch the launch, Anirudh said the show will make you look beyond EMA as mere cheating and understand the factors which leads to it. Cvs had intended to show AdiYa also made mistakes in their respective marriages, it was always in the plan to make poosh cheaters with some justification but the writers didn’t execute it properly. Maybe due to channel interference or the writing team were different during those episodes idk.

I think they gave a hint that papa Hooda knew about Anjana. During the courtroom episodes, she was talking with him about something and started crying so it was probably that.

Oh no! I miss having people to talk about AdiYa and JenShad with! Major missing is happening!

And yeah I don’t think Anirudh meant to whitewash PooSh but the channel definitely did. Especially with paak rishta nonsense. AdiYa were by no means flawless characters but that still didn’t give PooSh a reason to cheat. Not to mention sleep around.

What baffles me is Anjana let her son get tried for a murder case that would’ve gotten him the death sentence if he was proven guilty and she claims to love him oh so much? That lady was next level psycho.

There was definitely more to Yash though. Waseem had a hand in his death or debt for sure.

I always thought that Pooja having a miscarriage instead of an abortion would have been better since she always wanted a baby and she could have tried to tell him a couple of more times or tried to get him to warm up to the idea before miscarriage, she could have gone into some kind of depression after as most mothers do and slowly slipped away from Aditya. It would have still not excused the affair, but I always thought her having an abortion for Aditya and blaming him made her less sympathetic to viewers I think.

That’s an interesting take. Yes pooja suffering from a miscarriage, falling into depression and then finding herself drifting apart from Adi may have earned some sympathy for her. But she never had the guts to say anything to his face, whatever issues she had all were written down in her diary.

Yes that was her and Yash's weakness, talking. They gave up after the first try. Maybe she could have written Aditya a letter and given it to him before going to bed, and insist he read it before he can sleep:). Made it a mendatory part of their relationship. When words fail her.
