Iqra proved her metal. And she is self made actress. Sometimes she gets loud and overacts, but every actress has her ups and downs.

There are only two actresses that I find overrated Mahira and Sajal, but Iqra has worked really hard to reach where she is, even Sajal has, I won't deny, it will be mean of me if I deny that

But, I feel she is not that versatile in the roles she chooses and even if the role is different, she is always having same expressions and does not emote well

Some strong roles Iqra played were in Suno Chanda 2, Ghairat, and Tabeer, these are her best performances according to me and not to forget Choti Si Zindagi , I did not like her role in Qurbaan and Natak

Ghairat is still a little underappreciated as it got overshadowed by Qurbaan and Tabeer, but she was beyond brilliant in Ghairat , I felt emotional seeing her in that show , that role had more impact than her role in Qurbaan

Iqra may be a talented actress but i dont see any charm in her...and i dont think she has really struggled she has just been lucky in the projects she got

She was lucky indeed to get lead roles right from the beginning of her career , that too in a very young age. but she caught everyone's interest , that's how she made it big.

that interest was only because of the shows like gustakh ishq

Hum tv gave her most of her successfull dramas, so she awes it to them. 😊 Choti Si Zindagi , Tabeer , Suno Chanda and Ranjha Ranjha Karde made her a star. ⭐️

There are still some actresses that deserve the attention she gets.. ie. zara noor abbas, yumna zaidi, sumbul iqbal

I think Mahira and Sajal are best... Mahira has proved herself many times through Bin Roye, Shehre zaat, Humsafar, even her earlier serials like neeyat and in verna she played a strong woman and same with Sajal who proved she is a top actress in Yaqeen Ka Safar, O Rangreza, Aasmano pe likha, sitamgar. To me they both are a 10000x better than Iqra, while im a fan of iqra i think they both are better because iqra did get lucky in what she chose. hum gave her big ticket projects like ranjha, natak (Natak is my favorite actually of hers after Ranjha) and suno chanda. if they gave even zara noor those instead she would have been at the same popularity level as well as iqra. so its more about luck for iqra, although she has proved her worth in Ranjha i still think she has a long way to go to be at the same stance as mahira and sajal

I agree with you, but I also feel ARY Digital Dramas helped her do well in her career and she proved it by playing Saba, Heer though I disliked her character Heer, and she did well in Tabeer for Hum Tv, she wasgreat in Natak, but I did nto lie her character, she played a very weak character who trusted her husband blindly and never tried to find out the truth

My favourite work of her is Suno Chanda 2 (Not Season 1), Ranjha Ranjha Kardi, Tabeer, and Ghairat, Natakw as a good show overall, but Moomal and Junaid were better in that show , but I was a fan of Iqra's acting since Natak and Choti Si Zindagi

I agree about Sajal , but I just can't relate with her acting and Mahira too,. but I do respect your views as well, Sajal's best performance wa sin Yakeen Ka Safar though I agree

Natak as a show was good , I feel Farhan was better than Iqra in Suno Chanda 1 and Iqra overshadowed him in season 2, at times it depend on the character too like I liked Arsal more than Jia in seaosn1 and Jia was better in seaosn 2

But, yes she was lucky to get good projects as well as coming with popular actors like when she did Ghairat and Qurbaan, Muneeb and Bilal were popular actors,but still she proved it with her strong acting skills and she took good advantage of the opportunities she got, she gave life to Saba's character, she was on the same level as Jibran in terms of acting in Ghairat, she overshadowed Shahzad in Tabeer , overshadowed Muneeb in Ghairat though Bilal overshadowed her in Qurbaan

But, Natak was interesting and Juanid Khan also looked nice with Iqra, that show was interesting and the ending was unexpected

That courtroom scene in Ghairat was just outstanding in the last episode
