The car was being towed. It was Sonam's fault for not mentioning that in the caption. She posted half of the video. The rest of the video posted later showed the car being towed.

Mumbai police didnt bother to find out n just lashed out at DQ calling him a weirdo.

They had police permissions for shooting I think. One of the articles which came out after that mentioned so.

Isn't it what's happening in today's world? People start tweeting without knowing the whole fact. I don't know if you'll agree or not but these celebs should be much more responsible while tweeting stuff as it spreads like fire. Fans started retweeting and this is how rumors spread. When I said that I expected much more than that from him, I actually meant that he should have cross checked before tweeting. That's it.

But he didnt tweet. Sonam put up the video on insta. DQ didnt put it up.

I am still pissed off with Sonam for that.

EDIT: I totally agree that celebs should be responsible. But DQ just got pulled up for Sonam's stupidity.

I'm not pissed off at Sonam because tbh this is the stuff you expect from her. Look at her tweets, it shouts of hypocrisy and is full of garbage. That lady puts so much negativity on Twitter and when someone calls her for her hypocrisy, she would call Twitter to be a negative place and would disappear.🤢

How can DQ be expected to be more responsible for Sonam's insta posts? DQ never posted any video before the backlash. If he had posted that video, 'then' it would have been his fault na.

After this whole tamasha, he put up the complete video n clarified that he wasnt driving.

Crosschecjed what? Sonam posted the video n Mumbai police should have checked the fact b4 tweeting... They are actors, they will post many things which will b from shooting place... Why jump the gun without knowing what it actually is:/

I am sure even Anil Kapoor won't take responsibility for Sonam's tweets/insta posts. Bechara DQ kya kare.

Mumbai police handle was trying to be witty. They faced a good backlash after DQ posted the complete video where the car was shown being towed. They resorted to name calling the poor guy coz of Sonam's post. Police handles name calling ppl who were not at fault, is not a good example.

Social media of most celebs is now PR. Highly edited & manicured. Very few genuine ones are posted. I am done with SM. I’d rather read magazines with an interview...if I really want to know the movie star.

Having said that, I do find Juhi Chawla’s insta very real. There is some promo there too but she makes more genuine posts overall. In addition, it is difficult to be genuine too as SM gets offended with everything (trolls!!! Lol!)
