So, this man came with a revenge plan to destroy Basus completely & he does that as well in bits & pieces. No one knows his reason for revenge but Anurag Basu seems to be his obvious target because break Anurag & you have broken Basus.

"Dushmani sirf professional hi nahi, personal bi hai"

Anurag gets stuck in a mess he once helped create by marrying Komo. Ronit tries his chance to have revenge on him. Ronit-Bajaj didn't have a solid deal but both tried to ruin Anurag by using the opportunity they got. Anurag's doubt that Ronit was a complicit with Bajaj made him chase Ronit down to the factory where he is stuck. He gets trapped in a murder charge, created by Ronit solely who know looks upto Bajaj to help him out & pull the last trigger on Anu.

Bajaj has his own agenda. Prerna, Anurag's strength & lover takes it on her to free her man from these traps. She walks directly into hands of a man she knew nothing about. She is made aware of some facts but she ignores them. Bajaj didn't ask Ronit to trap Anu but he did use the opportunity it brought to him.

He proposes a deal where he would help Prerna who is desperate & in return she would have to agree to his condition of marrying him.

Till this point, it all looked like Bajaj's masterstroke to Strip Basus off of everything good they ever knew. Prerna was the queen afterall. He puts an acquisition on hold to strengthen his proposal. After initial refusal, Prerna agrees to it because she was desperate. She didn't even think of going deep in this deal. She makes herself clear to him, puts her conditions, reveal all her cards & Bajaj agreed to all of them. She fell for a bluff of loyalty & rare possession with no attempt to look further in depth, all because she was desperate to save Anurag.

But, Bajaj has other plans in his minds. What looks like a step in his revenge plan is actually an agenda of his own. He knows about this woman, he studied her & decided that she would make a perfect mother to his child. He demanded her loyalty for himself & his child but deep down he demanded her love for his only child who seems to have loyal people by her side but not anyone who loved her unconditionally. He doesn't reveal his true motivations or more aptly, he creates a perfect illusion around her.

Prerna thought she could save Anurag once she is married, which she did one time but nothing was promised for the future while a lot had been asked of her without her knowledge.

Finally the woman confronts him of his motivations & he revealed his intentions of not expecting any romantic relationship & swiftly retorts by saying that he didn't marry her to destroy Anurag, he had never used women for business but for a reason, better be revealed at right time. The retort ends with how he could have women at much less price & he didn't have to marry her. While Bajaj could have any wife, he couldn't get a mother for his child, he seem to love unconditionally & it's safe to assume that this child is his greatest weakness.

In the next moment, he puts Prerna as a competitor in front of Anurag to win a deal for himself, while he gloats, assured of his victory since he had assessed the weakness of his rival. He said he had never used women for business but he definitely used his wife to win that deal.

Now, this man will reveal his true motivations for marrying her, that is his daughter. He has been creating a confusion- he is indifferent to her but he is bothered about her being by his side for his own intentions. He didn't marry for all these years because he didn't find a mother for his child after his first-wife left him. He can't seem to trust anyone but Prerna only because she loves another man enough to sacrifice her ownself for his sake. Bajaj trusts Prerna only because of her unconditional love for Anurag.

To put it straight, Bajaj has brought a mother (nanny) for his child who qualifies to be his wife as well in the society. Prerna is not yet mother to Sneha because these two don't share the depth of the bond. She would be mother in future but not right now. At this moment, she has been brought as a nanny who is expected to grow a bond. He didn't think it would have been good idea to reveal about his child & how she was special & what was expected of Prerna concerning Sneha. His remarkable trust in her capacity to make a perfect mother to his child who always lived with her nanny till date is weird.

Bajaj still hasn't given up his plan of destroying Basus. Prerna still isn't able to save Anurag from his own self-destructive ways & the trap Bajaj continues to weave while she has signed up for things Bajaj expected of her & she had no idea about. She will now face a family who would be apprehensive of her while she, with her one impulsive, rash act has disrupted almost everyone else's life around her including her own.

That right there is a very shady man in Bajaj. His one proposal to disrupt everything around because he has calculated his moves before, only because he wants a mother for his child. One who put the deal forward was actually a father in disguise of a businessman. He took a decision of heart purely with mind while showing utter indifference to other side. Hiding about your child from a person you are going to marry & then expecting the person to accept the role of being a mother is a clear forgery. That's what Bajaj did here by hiding such big truth from her.

What a way to be in mess for Prerna.

What a way to create an illusion Mr. Bajaj with all your shadyness.

P.S- If they drop the revenge & don't improve other sides to compete with this man, then what a way to destroy the thrill of this whole track. Revenge adds half to the thrill & hype around Bajaj. I am literally confused by this man & very angry too right now, rightfully so.

Right now Bajaj is shown to be a person who has the capability of doing anything and everything. He has destroyed so many lives for his own agenda whatever it is. But if it is purely for his daughter's sake then this would be the lamest reason ever. As I don't agree to Prerna not telling Anurag about her pregnancy I don't justify Bajaj hiding about Sneha before the marriage. Prerna deserved to know but I know people would forever bash Prerna for this but Bajaj has the license to do anything.

See that man has ever tried to be the good guy, he has always said that he ants to destroy the Basus as you said Anurag is their back bone and Prerna is Anurag’s backbone.

Marrying Prerna served two purposes, he has a mother for his child and Anurag is senseless without her.

What I am still confused about is his reason for his vendetta against the Basus. After all it is personal.

Very nice post as usual TM. 👍🏼 My 2 cents on this topic and I am not going to say this ever again 😆. This plot is very similar to what I have seen in KZK1.0 and no matter what, I found it bad and distasteful at that time and I find the same at this time. I have no problem with the deal marriage since I consider it consensual given the nature of the other party one is dealing with. There ARE options to reject the deal and handle the court case own way because Bajaj is not liable to put even 0% effort in freeing Anurag as he didn't plot to put him in jail in the first place. He took advantage of the situation and put the stride in favour of him. Not bad IMO considering he is grey character.

However, first assuming that a young woman would has her own kid and can have a happy life with the man she loves so dearly, would be ready to mother his child (challenged or not) for the rest of her life is really appalling. This is right away taking her for granted and that is unacceptable from a life partner (man or wife). A deal is not valid unless all terms and conditions are met. I wish 2019 Prerna had the brains to put some of her T&Cs there before agreeing to that. This is a HUGE information to process and downright forgery which can be a valid cause to seek for divorce. If not that, I hope Prerna gives him a solid earful on this hidden information.

One more thing, once upon a time a young me have found this so funny and not-demeaning that the cool guy Bajaj was not interested in Prerna as a woman, but wanted her only as Nanny to his child. And now I dont. That's humiliating and unacceptable. And the same 'young-me' did find Anurag a weak and weepy character because he doesn't 'fight' for his love. But seeing this current version of misplaced misogyny and thanks to all the awareness that I have been through in my growing years to adulthood, I can safely say that the previous version of Anurag would be much more acceptable to me than this aggressive freak and that men who cry are NOT weak and that weakness has nothing to do with the ability/inability to cry. And in both seasons, I am not okay with Bajaj doing this to Prerna at this stage. A young woman doesn't deserve this. I am a hardcore PRB fan because of the aftermath in the equations of these 3 people where Anurag's mistakes looked gigantic to me post AP marriage last season and Bajaj grew a HEAP by character. And I hope to see the same in this season. ❤️

I absolutely agree about him hiding about Sneha from her & then telling her that he married her for this child. If I could, I would beat him black & blue for this.

Reveal about the child, ex-family & what not before marriage & not after it. Prerna did it but Bajaj thought it would be good to play around with it.

I so want Prerna to fight him on this but I know she is a very empathetic woman & she would just sulk in the moment she comes to know about it. Sometimes, I hate highly empathetic personslities for the same reason.

I can't accept either this Bajaj or this Anurag.

While Anurag's state is because of one rash decision of Prerna which has rendered him unable to handle it at all. His last act was enough to not give any attention to this man.

Bajaj hiding about Sneha & expecting that she would agree to mother his child when she is about to have her own is totally unacceptable. As you said, it's downright forgery. He trapped her for a role without asking if she wanted it or not.

I want Prerna to leave both these man, leave the city & get the hell out of here.

But she is Prerna, she will just get impressed by Bajaj having a heart to care about his daughter, feel bad for him & then agree.

I would be seriously pissed if he says he married her only because of Sneha without even revealing that he has a daughter. And what the hell is the right time to reveal this? This should have been the first thing to reveal if he wanted a mother for his child.

This man thinks that first marry her & then I will dump my daughter's responsibility on her & she should accept thst because she has promised loyalty. Seriously.

Filhal to agar Prerna ne ab Bajaj ko ni sunaya aur agar uspe daya dikhai ye jaan ne ke baad, I am done with this woman.

For hiding this truth, Bajaj deserves all the lecture she throws at him. Aur agar ghar chod ke chali jaye to aur acchi baat. She doesn't owr him any responsibility for his daughter only because she saved her twice & he for some twisted reason thinks she could be a good mother & marrying her by forgery is a good idea.
