IqraAziz openly says we have chosen to Be in the public eye

One of the most talented actress to enter the drama industry in recent years is Iqra Aziz and we think all will agree with this statement of ours as so far she has experimented with many types of roles which also makes her the most sought after actress in town today. But more than her professional life it is her personal one which has been grabbing the headlines a lot recently especially after Yasir Hussain proposed to her so publicly at a recent award show.

Having gained support as well as backlash after the public display of affection, Iqra recently sat down with BBC Asian Networks Haroon Rashid to talk about her relationship being so in the open by saying,

'We have chosen to be in the public eye, there is going to be criticism then there is going to be the good words and all the compliments you get from the audiences and the public so I don't mind hearing a bit of criticism'.

With Iqra always entering a room with confidence, this is a quality we love about her and talking about this wonderful trait of hers, the actress said,

'I am not shy at all, I was shy before I met him since I was an introvert but when I met Yasir I learnt so much and the confidence I have I get from my family because I don't have a man in the house since my father passed away a few years back'.

Adding further Iqra said,

'I have a single mother and a sister, they are such strong women that I come from a family that they have made their decisions on their own by saying that now we will decide how our lives will be going forward'.

A positive message for all the young women out there, this year has been fantastic for Iqra in the form of Ranjha Ranjha Kardi and Suno Chanda as well as having gotten engaged. With the year still remaining we hope to see Iqra back on the small screen soon as well as continue to glow in Yasir Hussain's love.

I agree with the person who commented before that, this girl we have seen her grow, I have an attachment with Iqra base don her work, I saw her in Natak and like her as an actress since then, she was pretty underrated and ignored by everyone in the beginning of her career, but I always knew the girl will shine and is here to stay .

I wanted her tow in best actress for Choti Si Zindagi and I was upset with Mahira winning for Bin Roye as she did nto deserve it, I felt at that time that, Iqra is looked down by everyone as she is not as popular as Mahira.

Even Iqra ahs said that, she ahs been a victim of industry politics which happens in every workplace but it is huge in the industry she ahs been rejected of many roels because of not having a background of actors. She ahs earned her way and got roels on her own merit and depsitefaign backlash and politics, she still never gave up and continued to get roles.

I love her as an actress, her personal life story is soul wrenching , the way she has survived without her father for so many years, the way her mother and sister brought her up. How she is a confident and mature girl at such a young age.

From Gustakh ishq, there was no looking back for her, then she did Ghairat, Qurbaan, Khamoshi, Tabeer, Suno Chanda, and Ranjha Ranjha Kardi, theer is no looking back for her.

Now she is one of the most established actresses but I do nto want her to loose her focus because of this relationship, she should keep this asdie from her work and carry on the work she is doing, she has a long way to go.

She is just 21, she should focus on her career and also balance her relationship with Yasir, I want her to nto let this affect her career, she is at hear peak right now with Suno Chanda and Ranjha Ranjha Kardi being her recent work.

From her interview, these days, it looks like she is having this unnecessary mean attitude which I do nto want to see as I have always liked her as an actress, but I will still try to not let it affect my liking for her as an actress since few years

Honestly despite me being happy for Iqra, butYasir seems like a dominating person and I am getting Kryan vibes from them, I may like Kryan, but it is true that, Karan Tacker was very dominating to Krystle and in all he rinterviews, he always tried to put her down, many people would find him funny, but I always saw arroganc ein him despite me liking Kryan as a pair more so because of their onscreen chemistry , but that guy was arrogant for sure.

I am feeling the same for Yasir, he is dominating her and from the interview I recently read it seems like he is making decisions for her like what projects to take, Iqra used to do so much work, now she is barely taking anything. She even unfollowed so many people because of him.
