Atharva is definitely faking it. I think he was about to tell Sampu something but then he saw AnuSar outside the window. Apparently, the doctor said he will get well in a couple of days, and then Mudga will give the testimony against him.

Atharva is planning something - this act is just to buy some time. Things are going too well for KalMa, so I think they will have to face a minor set back soon.
