Today's Akshan scenes somewhat reminded me of the movie movie "Bhagban" where Amitabh & Hema get separated by their kids for 1st time in their life after their marriage of 40 years.
Their separation makes me too reminding that film.
Coming to the episode,
There is no shaq Jindal saab is a gem.
With spending so many years in solitude with so much pain and pressure of responsibilities which he isn't able to make come to the surface i.e can't share with anyone, whose depths and heaviness increases many folds with time has turned him to gem whose good side comes into the light only due to his wife.
For me he is like a diamond which resides deep in the mantle of earth unlike most other gemstones whose purity can be tested against glass or in water which are considered to be transparent just like Guddan(nature)
I have no words to praise him.
If the gemstones turned into persons, then we aren't in a place to judge their beauty, and same goes with this case too.
How many men in real do what he wanted to do today ?
I even wonder do men like him really exists in today's world🤔
But unlike just any men, Guddu's husband isn't just her husband, he is a father too & has huge reputation in the society. How could she let the society question & point finger at his parvarish like, "Jindal saab ke beton ne Jindal saab ko ghar se nikaal diya !!" ?
Yes Guddan knows & understands that her husband is a father too & well aware of the fact that however the children behave with them but for AJ they are his own children, part of their family & watching them going away like this will shatter him to the core which she had already witnessed in Friday's episode when they accused Guddan & made decision of leaving the house & make Akshat feel like a failure as father which he isn't & she also don't want him to feel so at any cost. Society's opinion is a secondary thing for Guddan, for her, only her Jindal Saab is important.
For her, Jindal saab is her crown that she wears with pride but she can't take away just the crown removing all the jewels adorned on it. She takes pride in being wife of mahan Akshat Jindal & can't hear his name or reputation being tainted.
Agree she takes pride in him. From the time she had started wearing the Kada(bangle) having Akshat's name in it, she really had become responsible & careful regarding his name & reputation.
But yes I can see very clearly that, had the son & bahus disrespected him in place of her, then she herself would have taken the authority & kicked them out without any hesitance. Just like how, Hema Malini disowns her sons in "Bhagban" for hurting her husband.
True, if this would be the case she will definitely show nalayak beta-bahus their place.
And in that case, I believe, Guddu won't have let herself or her Jindal saab leave his own house.
She will make them go through the sufferings for hurting the only man who had gone through so much in their upbringing.
About Guddu coming back in such a short time period, I would say Guddu is "selfish" .
"Selfish" for him. Selfish to be with her Jindal saab.

Yes she's. But another thing is that she knows that AJ as a head of family never wronged anyone knowingly so how can she make him turn into that one today, that's why while she said the one who's leaving is Guddan Gupta, the identity which she had already left far behind.
He is everything she has craved all her life. How can she leave him for long when he looks at her like that,
She can't leave him like that making him feel guilty for her leaving the house & also she can't deny her dost & husband's wish who doesn't want her to leave the house like that apart from being selfish for herself.
Her dialogue says it all,
"Jaldi aa jayenge Jindal saab, aapne dost se dur hum bhi nahi reh sakte...."
I love how she keeps coming back to him as that proves, how difficult it is for her to stay far from him. Even though I knew due to spoilers that Guddu is coming back, but still I can feel AJ's pain of having to let her go...
She will always keep coming back to him like this for the fulfillment of his 7th vachan given to her whole heartedly, in which he never belives earlier.
It looked like his life is draining out of him...
Akshat's pain is clear evident in his eyes. She has become his breath & heartbeat which is leaving him away making survival most difficult for him.
I would say nothing is worth leaving him especially after the immense support he gives her. He doesn't deserve any of these.
At least I don't have the strength to watch him like this when there is zero fault of his & maybe so does Guddu. She too can't bear to leave him like that. Especially after yesterday's bedroom scene when she saw how miserable he was,
Why to punish him ? Her heart won't allow that. He who always has been her pillar of strength, she can't see him broken. Her heart aches to heal him in anyway she can. She is the one who always listens to her heart rather than her mind & her heart won't let her leave her Jindal saab in this miserable state for long.
Exactly they both don't deserve this. Guddan being herself, known for her unique ways definitely give them relief from this pain.
When AJ goes to pool side & recalls the memories of their date reminded me of, the scene in Bhagban when Amitabh doesn't get the chance to use phone as his son was busy, so he goes out to PCO to call his wife as she waits for his call cause she can't sleep & then he sings on phone,

And it seems like Guddu understood his state. She knew he will be bothered & restless for her, given the circumstances in which she left the house. So she decided to give him an idea of how far she is i.e. 42.9 km to assure him she is alright & since the watch is powered by heart beat, he knows she is ok.
That gave him a relief to some extent as reflected by the smile on his face. And this gave the same sort of relief to her as well as she was able to give him some of that to calm his restlessness,
But this wasn't enough, cause at this moment, more than anything, both of them just wanted to be with each other,
She has become his "aadat" & so has he for her. Both have become like oxygen for each other. The simple thought of having to stay away from each other, suffocates them. How long can one bear suffocation ?

Now coming to the title of the topic,
Yes according to me, Guddan is in vanvas !
Leaving one's actual self behind & adopting some other personality that doesn't come naturally & isn't one's real self, can be taken as similar to vanvaas. Cause the Lalita Pawar avtar she has taken isn't her own true self.
That isn't her soul, her soul is in vanvas. She is confining her real self in "van".
Doing something against one true nature that one herself doesn't support of, is not easy the least.
Just like vanvaas was filled with hardship, for someone as pure as her, as innocent as her, who can't think of hurting a cockroach, taking up a completely different personality that is completely opposite of her own & intentionally hurting people even if its for a day or two, is no less of hardship for her but very much equivalent to "vanvas".
But difference here is, her husband isn't that Ram, her husband is with her in her vanvaas. As can be seen from the precap, she is in her actual self in front her husband, her Jindal saab.
They are really lucky to have each other as life partners.
& the terrace is her "van" now, where she is in her real & true self.
Today when she returned, she called herself, "AJ ki patni" not "Jindal saab ki patni" cause "Jindal saab ki patni" along with her Jindal saab is in vanvas i.e. terrace pe on the pool kinara.
Yes the terrace or pool kinara has become their van leaving all the comforts of their room.

If any of you haven't watched this movie "Bhagban", please don't watch it with your parents. 😒 Bohat comparisons sehen karne padte hai !
1st your parents will start looking out for similarities that you have with Aman & other 3 useless sons. Later, they will express their disappointment on how, you can never be Salman... 😔
But yes the movie is definitely worth the watch ⭐️👍🏼
Definitely it's worth to watch & emotional one.😭 I agree to your advice👍🏼 although I hadn't gone through the comparisons situation even after watching it with my parents.
