For example the scene in which Minnie confronts him and plays the audio file. I was so scared that HS will feel or look ashamed or taken aback and i didn't want him to feel ashamed because he is so noble and has done nothing to be ashamed of as in developing feelings for his kirayadarni and feeling so confident in his love and anirudh so totally nailed it!
He was neither ashamed nor taken aback. What came out was the fact that finally he understood what was plaguing Minnie, so a comprehending look, an empathising look and when she went on and on HS's heart went out for her, for her flawed self, her wounded messed-up self and the father in him but the helpless father in him came up and Anirudh did all this just through his eyes.. Wow. What a man!!!!!!!👏

Interesting that you were afraid he'd look ashamed or taken aback.
To be honest HS' reaction was exactly what I would have expected. There's a reason he asked that no one come upstairs while he had a heart to heart. He knew she had a problem with him and wanted to get to the bottom of it. He also knew that he hadn't done anything wrong for her to mistreat him so, especially considering she was hugging him and blowing kisses the day before.
He realized two main things that day: how much he meant to her and also how deep her fears/misconceptions/wounds ran. She said she was no longer a kid and understood everything, but the fact was that she was still very young and there was so much she had yet to understand about life.
When he tried to reach out to her it wasn't to make excuses for himself, rather it was to calm her down because he couldn't see her hurting herself like this. He knew it wasn't the right time to explain things, she just wouldn't get it. That's why he eventually left the room because there was nothing he could do at that point. His Veer Balika, who would come running to him with every problem, even ones she could not tell her mother, had shut him out. He didn't say much but you could see in his eyes that he had understood her then, as he had always understood her.
You've used the perfect word to describe him: noble. It shows in his thoughts, actions, and words.
As for Aniruddh's performances, don't worry, sit back and enjoy the show. It will be a blockbuster every time. 😃
