Despite two reasons above (which I feel Khushi felt because she was not smart in the matters of heart) I do have some doubts on Akash, if Khushi is not that smart in the matters of heart, it's the not the same for Akash so either he indeed loved/ loves Khushi & sacrificed or he knew about Arnav's love for Khushi so gave up his feelings (himself or upon someone's insistence)

On the whole, for the misery the Khushi feels either both Akash&Khushi or just Akash is responsible - Akash is answerable in both cases! I think it's going to be one hell out of confrontation..

Lol I have pointed out all possible scenarios, let's see which is right or worse all are wrong.. What say??

You might think I have lost it but I think, its a mix of both.

I mean, she obviously loved him, and was blind enough to take his care as love. As we know, Manohar and Shashi were great friends and maybe after Shashi's death, he would have been kind and understanding towards Khushi, thus, raising her expectations as a lover.

Let's say here Khushi was/is under an assumption Akash has had feelings for her but held back due to some reasons and kept convicting herself and others that he will reciprocate her feelings in due time.

In that circumstances, now she lives her life with Arnav, imagine whenever there is a problem or issue coming up, wouldn't she compare Arnav with Akash atleast till she overcomes her feelings for Akash?!

Apart from above, if Akash has hidden his feelings or lead her on with his behaviors then isn't it fair that Khushi knows about it?!

Of course after Khushi falls in love with Arnav, all the above as well Akash will not matter to her at all but I somehow feel Khushi deserves the truth, whatever may be!!

P. S. My views above are on the guess I made and if Akash's intention or happenings are different then this will not apply.

I was just thinking something on these line and your guess is so apt!!

And adding more, if Khushi mistook Akash's care as Love then was Akash privy to Khushi's thoughts??

Because from what is revealed, I think Akash is smart as he is more observant and if he was then he would have also understood that timid blushing, stammering and acting weird in his presence?!?

Akash could completely be privy to Khushi's thoughts or not..

Lol no I'm not trying to put the whole blame on Akash just to dig in to find out if Akash was the victim or culprit or advocating for himself!!
