Lmao, I know we're trying to make sense of this drama that makes no sense lol. But here's my theory.

I think Umair goes to see Zubi after he's seen Ahmer. In the scene where Ahmer comes to the hospital, Umair's pretty calm. He's not happy but he's calm. And I think whatever Ahmer says to him makes him go junooni. And he goes to see Zubi in his anger and I think at some point he may even say to her that the man you're going to marry is still in love with your sister.

It would make sense also with what Ahmer and Zubi are wearing in those scenes. I don't think Ahmer is getting married in the brown shalwar kurta (he was wearing it when he was on the phone with Zubi too) but when Umair goes to see Zubi she's all dressed up for the wedding. Then again, men probably don't need as much time to get ready for their wedding.
