Yup I agree even in the original Kasauti durga maa blessed Anupre but Prerna was Mrs Prerna Basu for only 1 year she was Mrs Prerna Bajaj for the maximum duration of her lifetime. Even in this season of Kasauti durga maa blessed Anupre to stay together but they are shown repeatedly separating. What a mockery of durga maa, her blessings and religion. It's insulting to durga maa like she gives blessings and then takes them back for her own sadistic pleasure.
