ever been to gym? That's what gym freaks look like. Bodybuilders can be huge and bulky or lean and ripped. After 45 it is not possible to be ripped without being under heavy steroids dosage.

He is 54 years old.. He does gym but I think he likes to eat a lot and drink sometimes.. Now he looks better then in race 3 days. He seems he lose some 4.or 5 kilos he is less bloated.
