May be he is a cameo who will see mishaan on a vacation and will inform pari (by sending mishaan picture )as he is in pune.(may be mishaan will also be in pune).Now pari may misunderstood misthi that she is taking revenge on her for nandhini's misdeed as told by veer and blame misthi for the same where ruhaan get into picture and give reality check to pari and dadi about their delusion and declared his love for misthi.
P. S. I know it is silly and will not happen just my assumption on gattu role.
