Dude, why would they become jealous with RM when he married a Raichands? Because dude they would normally supposed to be happy since their son married a rich family daughter and expand their connections. Unless, they were afraid that RM running the companies mean they lost their source of income and wealth; then dude what's the purpose of eliminating him. Unless they want to run the company themselves.

Dude, I don't think they are after RM's death. Some people are better alive than death. Like for example, a hostage can be a bargaining power alive, but useless dead.
