It might be after Raman quit and Mani helping her..that insecurity has to come..it was never shown..bcos even Sahgun knows Mani truly love Ishita..if given chance he wud have married only her..just bcos she will show insecurity doesn't make her negative..no one is pure white in real world..that makes her normal..and if the article has any truth in it..all 3 of them will suffer..including Shagun..it is not about Shagn ill treating nad hurting Ishita but their relationships being broken..even Ishmani have to separate..and she will be left helpless..and that is what Arjit want..and finally they will come for her to help her and Raman

But Ishita is not like Shagun naa who left her husband to become Ashok's mistress and frankly if she has insecurities even after so many years of marriage with Mani then even God cannot save her.Mani accepted her knowing her characterless past yet she would have 'insecurities'.
