The same people who can find million faults in Anurag for what he did in komo track (mind you he was trying to save whatever he was saving) can find no fault in what Bajaj is doing coz oh well he is such iconic character in S1 or oh such hottt actor...comeon..it's Hina-komo rehash#2 where despite character being evil fans won't agree that what she is doing was wrong..coz hey it's hinaa...same goes with this new actor.
People shud differentiate between actors and charcater TM clearly mentioned wht Bajaj is doing is plain evil and if you disagree with it then that means things like blackmailing, planning plotting perhaps killing(the way he is been shown no doubts he did that as well..I may be wrg) is all okay for you guys just coz of the actor playing it...there is no question of perception...perception comes in grey area not in white n black
Inn logo ka moral compass kaha Gaya baee..same people who use to lecture for anurag wrgdoing or feminism ka dukaan khol ke baitha tha ab they all hail Bajaj coz he the future saviour of prerna...
And some people naming it as jalna...Bhai jali to tum logo ki hai coz dare anyone say what is clearly written on the wall just coz some of you like the actor...

So my question would be, isn't the answer to this dilemma that we get a whole new character who is pretty, smart, intelligent, good and basically in all ways worthy of the non-negative, sauve, intelligent and all around amazing Bajaj? Let the imperfect AnuPre stick together. What say?

The judgment came on a case registered by a woman accusing a Chhattisgarh-based doctor of raping her in 2013. The woman, a resident of Koni, Bilaspur, was familiar with the accused since 2009 and had a love affair.
The accused had promised to marry her and their families were in the know of this.
The accused was, however, engaged to another woman while he had the affair with the victim. He later broke his promise to the victim and married the other woman with whom he was engaged. An FIR was lodged against the accused and he was convicted of rape.
The high court upheld his conviction and sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. The accused moved the apex court challenging this decision.
If Prerna wanted she could have filed a case against Anurag because he did promise to marry her then married Komolika, as I said it is a matter of perception, some people may think what Anurag did to Prerna was for her good, but he could have told her the truth instead of humiliating her.
SC's ruling on consent
Giving this ruling, a Bench of Justices L. Nageswara Rao and M.R. Shah said this kind of consent obtained by the accused cannot be said to be any consent because she was under the misconception that the accused intends to marry her, therefore, she submitted to sexual intercourse with him. This kind of consent taken by the accused with clear intention not to fulfil the promise and persuading the girl to believe that he is going to marry her and obtained her consent for the sexual intercourse under total misconception cannot be treated as consent.
Grey area and of course depends on perception of people watching the show.
Before questioning the morals ,check what all of us signed up for .if its not upto our expectation then its not the makers fault. Comparisons with s1 is inevitable and its ektas decision to bring in mr bajaj as the way to separate the couple . If someone invested in a fictional couple , that too in itv , they are bound to be disappointed. Also someone elses obsession cannot be questioned when your own level of obsession touches the skies. As a proof ther3 is plenty of material in the ATs . The morals, feminism , rights and wrongs , frankly nobody can claim as the clean ones. Thr iconic saying..jinke ghar sheeshe ke hote hain etc etc..
Which couple in ekta shows r happy and good ? For the record , heroines never marry villains in her serials , its only hero or heroines sister or brother who do so....
I dont hail bajaj nor.do i support what he is doing . I dont question the story writer , just criticize or praise them for what they do. Imo komo.angle was a good.crowd puller. I am not the one who said anurag did wrong by choosing his familys assets over himself. I will not say prerna did wrong acc to the circumstances. Bajajs motivation behind all this wont justify him either . But i never saw anu pre as an epic kamaaal ka couple ..they themselves made a fool out of them by promising each other but give up without fight at the first kasauti they face. They themselvesnare incapable of handling their families........they lack trust ..... So i believe bajaj and prerna , howsoever their rishta is being formed will be a better one than anu pre. Hopefully ..so how its being formed doesnt matter to me but how their rishta will be does matter..
Two , this bragging of ms sindoor and shadi is still debatable . Lets see whether they come out clean on marital status of mr bajaj and prerna or continue with the confusion..dhaga somewhere, kisi ka sindoor , kabhi shadi hai kabhi nahi..

Please don't quote cases from google unless you have read the entire judgement and understand the meaning of "intent" under law and the distinction that the justices placed on the fact that the guy was already engaged. If you are not a lawyer or have the legal background to explain the point, all you are doing is spreading fake news to say that Bajaj is perfect.
