Its hardly a matter of discussion if Anurag and prerna are married or not and if its valid or not.

Bajaj is putting forth a condition that prerna should leave anurag if she wants to save him. He's doing this because he wants to destroy anurag and he has come to realize that prerna means the most to him and her loss is what will destroy him the most.
