Tbh I don't want to see anymore flashbacks of what Naira endured in the last 5 years because I just can't relate to her pain. She chose this life for herself and her kid, so why cry for sympathy? She was ready to forgive Kartik, to go back to him, but now she blames him for ruining three lives when he isn't even aware of the third one's existence? She took away 5 years of Kairav and Kartik's relationship because she was scared Kartik would question the baby? What Kartik did was wrong but Naira made it worse by making her child suffer. Rule number one of parenting is to not let your problem's affect the child's life. At this point I just want the story to move forward. The cvs have tried to justify the separation but its not working, so why waste more time on it when it won't add to the story?
I don't know if leads can actually get the story changed for their convenience, however, ever since I have followed this show, I have noticed there is pattern. In one track, either Kartik or Naira would be made to do stupid things and then in the next track they would be given such a strong storyline, that it would completely whitewash what they did in the previous track. Actually its more Kartik than Naira, who goes through extremes. Idk why even if he's in the wrong, I just tend to sympathize with him more.
What's annoying the most, and I have mentioned this a couple of times before, is how Naira is that consumed with self-pity that she isn't even realizing what she's putting her son through, or even her family for that matter. Kairav's desperation for his father has been highlighted from the first episode and Naira's dismissal of it as well, however, if we think about other characters for a minute, does Naira not think how Kartik would have taken the news of her death? She knows he loves her even if she thinks he still doubted her. Every time they would separate he would tell her I am okay with you hating me, but I can't live without you. So how does she not even think about what his life must be like now? How does she not feel guilty for anything?
The guilt, the realisation of what she has done is missing, which is making her character unbearable to watch right now. At least during the baby swap trap we knew Kartik was wrong, but his scenes were intriguing to watch due to the emotional dilemma he was going through, having to pick between his love and his conscious. Right now, Naira's been shown as completely one-dimensional, and not in a good way.
