I’m so damn pissed off... this is not letting me enjoy Patiala Babes ‘series’.

I watched the episode on Sony LIV, everything was going OK, until suddenly everything greyed out (like a flashback) H.S taking Ashok to jail. We all saw Sony TV post a sneak peak of Ashok yelling and picking fingers on Babita, Meeta and HS’s relationship... and how HS slaps Ashok and all that talking etc. but the episode didn’t show it? It was all skipped/cut out. And when the scene shifted to police station, why the heck did it look like a flashback on Ashok only.. Ashok’s all scene in police station today was GREYED OUT as if it was a flashback. Funny because they were showing Ashok as FB and next second showing Lala and HS in colour... WTH IS THE PROBLEM

I think some issue with version then they uploaded on sony liv.. episode that got telecasted on tv had these scenes you are talking about..

I had a chat with one of the teams regarding Fridays episode, and I was told that it’s a possibility because I live out of India, such issues like slapping a child under 18 etc in MY country (AUS) could be a crime or illegal, so according to broadcast laws and rules etc, it might have been cut out, edited and only leaving us with the audio I had agreed on that, but what about today’s episode? HS was meant to slap Ashok, Ashok is no under 18, this scene shouldn’t have been cut out!! Not just for me; but for everyone in India as well.

I feel like Sony tv is doing this purposely and there must be a reason for this. 😪😪😪

If there is any that kind of rules then then they should have arrange everything like that way so that as a viewers we dont deprived and can enjoy the true essence of any perticular scene.

I just saw aniruddh’s insta story... someone mentioned him, took a video of that scene and I clearly saw it! That means Sony LIV is cutting out the scenes. It’s now 3:40am in Melbourne, I will try to watch the repeat tomorrow on TV to see if they cut it there too or not!

I just hope they fix this immediately 😭

Another thing I forgot to mention, because I am from Australia, SonyLIV will allow me to watch a new episode 3 days after it’s been aired in India. For all shows... so I have bought VPN and I connect it to india’s Location. And that’s how I can watch shows from hotstar (which is not even available in Australia to view), Sony Liv. Etc.

so if my location changes to India, and i am watching the new episode, shouldn’t it be the full episode without cuts? Perhaps you’re right, maybe some issues with the uploads on sonyliv.

Hoping they fix this ASAP. It’s getting on my nerves

^ no even I saw that version they uploaded on sony liv have the same issues you were talking about.. ya but show they telecasted had proper scenes... so its web version of episodes that's has issues I guess...

I normally watch it on my iPhone/Safari.

I DM’d sonyLIV about this issue btw, they just replied saying to send in the resources and the scenes being cut out, so they can see and fix this issue! I’m gonna do that now, and hopefully this won’t continue.

But don`t you think that They are rushing everything bit fast? I'm not sure which confrontation you're talking about? In the episode there wasnt much of a confrontation and HS directly starts hitting him, I guess. Was there supposed to be a brief confrontation before that?

Bold@ It may seem overnight, but it's obvious that Babita has been knowing what a great humanbeing HS is, for a long long time. Her hesitations were mostly regarding looking at him in a different angle other than that. She also had the baggage of tge wounds Ashok had given her. She somehow had the impression that Meeta stole him away from her and they are happy together now , which was kinda making her gloomy for quite sometime. A natural reaction that was, I feel. Totally humane.

But when she realised Ashok can't be a good husband to anyone, Meeta didn't steal him away, but he's just not meant to be loyal and loving to any woman, it's kind of an awakening to her. She realised that Meeta isn't happy with him either , so it's like their reality has calmed her senses now.

And if she turns the other way, there's this amazing guy who still loves his dead wife like anything, which she herself respects very much. And treats women with respect and trust, the way they need to treated by a man. So I guess it's like a natural reaction that she has started to see the loving man in HS now, which Ashok never could be to any woman. Maybe that is what is attracting her towards Hanuman Singh, I feel.

It's not rushed , but it's not properly explained through scenes, is what I feel...

Even if it was not Ashok..If this fight was between some other man and HS..Babita will feel the same concern for HS...its not a sudden realisation...She did care for HS before also but Now only she is exploring it..

The only thing that irritates me why can't they show all this in a parallel way..Even if there is Mita's exit they can take it in good pace..within 3 days lot of things happened..That's why many feel there is a sudden feelings from Babita's side... makers had always set a good standard..Hope they maintain that standard till the end...

Today's episode, was the scene just inserted to show a jealous or insecure Babita?

For that why did they have to ruin my HS's nature?? 😔That scene with him patting Meeta's head, it was so out of his character. Hanuman Singh is a man who doesn't even keep eye contact with other women when he talks, and here he touched another woman's head even if it's for consoling her. I felt it was totally out of his character...

Poor Meeta is gonna leave tomorrow, it seems. She's been a very relatable second woman and never claimed herself mahaan and accepted her faults. I really liked her character. I'm definitely gonna miss her.

So even his parents have finally left Ashok. Somehow I felt bad today for him as he was asking his parents to stay, obviously even the rudest person can't digest when their parents desert them and go. The guy is going to suffer a lot from here on, I'm sure. Especially with Khatri around, things aren't gonna go in his favour and he's gonna hit a rock bottom very soon.

I wanna see where this new soft corner of Babita's is gonna lead to. They need to keep it slow and subtle, hopefully
