Definitely not new. She even mentions turning 26 a couple of months ago which puts this interview at around May. But I could have sworn it came before Kalank. I remember we were all discussing whether she has depression or not and why she was talking to Ayan instead of a professional 🙄.

I did however miss the part about her knowing Ranbir was the one the first time she met him 😂. Wasn’t she only 9 when she met him at that SLB audition? 🤣. She’s so focused on selling this relationship she’s not paying attention to what she’s blurting out. Even if she meant as an adult it’s still a stupid statement to make given the Katrina and Sid equations. What’s more amazing is that media didn’t pounce on this. Her PR has a strong hold on media it seems.

@bold: Since Jitesh is the one interviewing he did not ask her to eloborate the first time she met him and how she came to this conclusion. She would have been in a tough spot if Jitesh had actually followed through with that line of questioning. 😂😂

The most disturbing part of this interview for me is her denial of having anxiety issues and her self diagnosis of oh I don't need medical help right now.. Its not that bad yet! How bad is bad how would she know unless she gets it evaluated.!

Either Alia has changed or she is totally smitten.

It would be great if they marry but if its break up then Alia will find it painful like DP, Kat.

Who? Alia? If this is real she walked into this with her eyes fully open so nothing about Ranbir should be a shock to her. Unless she was stupid enough to fall for whatever lines he fed her, or her bestie Ayan fed her about RK.

In this rehashed interview when Jitesh says Ranbir is troubled she answers that she’s no less. And how he’s the best person and she wishes she was like him blah blah. So this thing has definitely messed with her self esteem greatly. Whether it’s real (doubtful) or fake and the anxiety of keeping appearances is getting to her I don’t know.

Is Jitesh a real journalist though? He acts like a total fanboy around some of these stars.

How a 9 year old who hasn't even reached teenage age could realise a man double her age at that point was the one I have no idea. At that age you are just a child, she said she felt awkward and shy on the roundtable when she met him there but him being the one is far-fetched.

Alia is really trying hard to make it look all mature between the two. This whole it’s a friendship between the two. To make him look good saying he is a better human than her. She definetely knows how people actually looking at them and judging them as a couple. I hope he really sticks to her cause she is not some outsider girl.

She is unlikely to speak badly about him before Brahmastra releases
