Pre will be smart if she won't share it with Anu now, that CD will be of no use. Even Moh showed everything which is against Veena, in halwa khaand everything was against Prerna and even in Vik-Pre framing case Anu gives a damn about these things when he blindly trusts his people. Mohini’s reaction is like an animal reaction- it’s basic, it’s goes to her gut. And it’s not based on logic or fact. It’s about someone taking her place and she knows only prerna can do that. Which is why logic or fact will not work to change anu’s opinion of her. He has to see it himself or be told it by Mohini himself.

In past or even few decades back girls usually brought up with this mindset of one day they will leave their parents and her sasural is going to be her house, she should be inclined towards them more than her maternal house so yes somewhere boys love their parents more than girls. But now it changed I won't say everywhere and for everyone but now both love their parents and depends on each too

Even If Pre was rich Mohini will treat her the same , Anu always listened to his heart when it came to Pre, he neglected Mohini's pleas during Naveen track n Komo track n during Ronit kidnap track, So Mohini thinks that Pre has become his highest priority n she has been neglected by her own son!

Keep in mind that Mohini brought her so up to stick to him lane. Remember his dialogue. Prerna is the one who has taken him off his lane. To live life differently.

Ok I get that. I have not experienced this but read the books. But I would say that it’s not that girl love their parents less but that they were given less freedom to express it. And that women were used to suppressing their love to save their marriages or to tow the line.

Honestly Anurag is just chiding with Mohini because she is his Mother ....balancing things out not to hurt her . Eventually he does things what his heart says .... even if they are against Mohini he care two hoots .

There is a reason Mohini does not show her evil side to Anurag....
