I don't think it's anything to do with Pre wants to be mahaan bahu or sanskari bahu or Basu bahu. She knows how much Anu loves Mohini, and he couldn't handle this much at this point. And top of that Anurag is already stressed out with all business and Bajaj, she has seen him going all crazy, vulnerable in office. She might don't want to add personal issues burden on him at this point, making his life miserable from all sides and maybe confident she will handle her issues on her own. At this state all Pre can do for Anurag is not putting another problem to his kitty which is already filled and he is searching for solutions
