Salman Khan's struggle to bring Katrina Kaif's career on track

Katrina Kaif's Bollywood career has been through many ups and downs yet the actress has been into the wishlist of every filmmaker. However, the past couple of years have not been so good for Katrina as each of her films failed miserably though being high on budget and cast.

But now the record-breaking box office collection of Bharat has wiped off her bad time and it seems to be a new beginning for the diva. And apparently, Salman Khan is happier for Katrina than for himself. As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, a close friend of Salman says the superstar was more worried about the success of Bharat on Katrina's behalf than for himself.

“Career-wise, things were not going well for Katrina. The tides have turned with Bharat. Nobody will call her a jinx anymore and that is a big relief to Bhai,” a close buddy of Salman said

Also, Salman has been recommending Katrina to every filmmaker who is working with Salman. Among them are Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Sajid Nadiadwala who were advised to consider Katrina in Inshallah and Kick 2, respectively.

Let her do films without Sallu and see how well that works. I think people are getting bored of these two. My aunt who loves all movies and watches almost anything said she got bored during Bharat seeing them but she liked the film of course.

Let's see where Salman's films carry him, and doesn't seem like Katrina has a lot of offers as is. Unless she keeps doing Salman films, she will probably keep getting hits *unsure of Akkie film* but if Salman is truly in his low phase, girl might as well forget it and find some other career path soon.
