sunaina roshan

She looks good in this pic..but battling health issues takes a toll on looks too..

After this saga Sunaina is sure to go back to her family coz she knows they r the ones who genuinely care..and family will always welcome her back bcoz they know and understand the condition of their own..

But general public will never again warm up to the people who made a public spectacle of this whole issue

SUNAINA IS CLEARLY SUFFERING, SHE IS NOT IN A RIGHT STATE OF MIND RIGHT NOW, MEDICATIONS, HOSPITALISATIONS, SHE HERSELF HAD JUST RECOVERED FROM A FORM OF CANCER, CLEARLY IT HAS TAKEN A TOLL ON HER MENTAL HEALTH....

but somehow, to milk this issue to gain public support and again attack a family, this is horrible despicable act, even if I say, okay hrithik had an affair with you, you were right all along he is a liar, EVEN THEN , to use his sister to attack his family, this is so so low, just disgusting,

She's actually good looking! It's her unhealthy lifestyle which made her fat and blochy skinned.

If Sunaina is mentally unstable and also has physical health problems, how is everyone expecting her to work and earn money? I know she's 47 but that's the thing, she has reached an age where it's not easy to bring changes in your habits or lifestyle. She has been dependent on her family for more than half of her life. Now she can't just go like boom!!!, I'll work hard from today. That's not how it works. Besides, I'm not sure why Rakesh Roshan never asked Sunaina to stand on her feet. He can be patriarchal, I don't know, so it might not all be Sunaina's fault that she ended up being a freeloader.

There's no job she can get according to her status. Of course she's not going to settle for a desk job. It can only be some business venture which will also need support of her family.

Also 2.5 lacs might be a big amount for we middle class people, but it's not for these celebs. She's used to such lifestyle. Don't know why people are creating so much fuss about that. Tomorrow if we middle class people go homeless, we aren't going to live in footpath, are we? Yet so many people do that. So are we also throwing a tantrum according to those beggars living on footpaths? No, we are just not used to that lifestyle. And ofcourse Hrithik is not obligated to do anything for Sunaina, but we don't know how their relationship is. They might be very close to make Sunaina feel disappointed.

I'm not supporting Sunaina's here. She's definitely acting like a child woman throwing a fit only because her demands are not being met. But if she's mentally sick, I'll give her a pass. The people who are culprit here are Kangoli sisters and Roshans. Roshans are definitely not saints for me if they are letting their sick daughter getting exploited by Kangoli. If Sunaina is sick, she needs to be in medical care, even if Roshans want to do forcefully. Obviously someone is paying her bills even now, and I don't think it's someone other than her family. They can force her (without getting physical) to come back in line but they are not doing it for some reason.

I believe Kangana and Rangoli should not have tweeted about Sunaina at all. She seems suffering from mental health problems and not in a position to live a financially independent and healthy life. It's extremely immature on their part to give reactions publicly about her. I think she has a daughter too, not sure.

True nah. Rangoli shouldn't have done that. Unless Sunaina asked her to. Rangoli knew the blind item was out about this and the news so just added petrol to the fire. Maybe they were happy in a way that Sunaina came to her for help!

It is not easy to “force” a grown woman to “come back in line” but that is exactly what they are trying to do by controlling her money. Not as some punishment or because they are miserly but because right now she will likely use any extra money for alcohol (or worse) or hangers on who want to use her. (BTW Rakesh may be patriarchal but evidence suggests Sunaina had opportunity to support herself. Rakesh gave her jobs in his production company -I expect Sunaina had about the same opportunity as Ekta Kapoor but wasn’t able or interested in taking it, sunaina’s daughter is running a health food service promoted - and probably subsidized - by the Roshans, Sussanne started the Charcoal project with support of the Roshans)

Serious question, what specifically do you think they should do? You say she can’t earn (I agree) so cutting her off pretty much means throwing her in the street, no? You say you don’t want them to get physical but if she won’t go for medical treatment do you want them to drag her kicking and screaming to be committed? Should they force sedatives on her? Should they have put her in social isolation so she couldn’t call Kangoli or reporters? What do you want to see them do?

Yes, I want them to cut all her expenses. Then she'll have nowhere to go and will have to come back home. And if she has bipolar disorder, she should be sent to a rehabilitation centre, even if it means forcefully. Yes, even if screaming or kicking has to be committed. By getting physical, I meant slapping or beating her for stupid reasons .

Things have already gone out of hand. She's tarnishing their family name. Kangoli sisters are exploiting her. What are Roshans waiting for? She might end up committing suicide one day if she gets a high mood episode. She shouldn't be alone at this sensitive point of time.

I know it's not easy, she's their daughter and she's a grown woman, but she's not mentally stable so it's okay to force her.

Okay, if Sunaina did get opportunity to support herself, then she's a lazy spoilt brat, not just a spoilt brat. But it still takes time to change old habits, and it definitely can't be changed at this point when she has so many health related problems.

Again, I’m pretty sure they did cut all her expenses which is why she came home (she had been staying in a hotel). So now she’s home. She’s got multiple health problems. She is drinking or at least wants to drink and is an alcoholic. She has a history of clinical depression requiring medication but has stopped her medicine. She may have told a third party she was suicidal but in her interviews just sounds pissed she can’t get money to party.

I do not know the mental health laws in India but I can tell you confidently nothing above would qualify for her to be committed to a mental health facility against her will in the US. There may very well be other factors that would make it possible to hospitalize her against her will and they may be looking for a facility that can deal with both her physical and mental problems.

I can also tell you many, many of the homeless in the US started from about where she is now. Mentally ill but not committable, substance abuse, family at their wits end throwing the son/daughter out. It may become unavoidable but I do not blame the Roshans one bit for not doing it if they have any other choice.

You think throw her out and she’ll fly right and I get it - because you’re normal. Mentally ill people do not necessarily think and behave rationally. If you were Sunaina and thrown on the street you would think this sucks, maybe I should do what my parents say so I can go home and live nicely. Their brains are not wired the same and substance abuse makes it progressively worse. Then add to that any trauma she suffers from what would feel like abandonment to her and anything that might happen “on the street” and it just piles up and piles up. Homeless people (when it’s because of substance use or mental illness) tend to spiral down on the street, not up.
