When we think of 'evil', we automatically think of someone who is heartless and cold-bloodedly bad.
It could be you or others..Not everyone..How can you decide or judge that everyone will think the same..We do say "That's an evil laugh" to our friends?(At least I heard and saw among my batch mates)Does it really mean they are criminals? Ppl use words as per the context and situation
