My grandparents live in Kerala and I know lots of people in their town/village who are in prerna situation. So the 15 lakhs thing I could totally understand.

But the saree thing I have not seen. But maybe that’s just Kerala. Which is not reflective of everyone in India

This I agree coming from a middle class background I could actually relate to her desperation to save their own house (remind you for a middle class person having own house is something precious and a big deal if it's years old then it's even more precious) and 15 lakhs a big deal, a very big deal I actually had a phase like that not marrying but seeing how much a mere 15 lakhs can be life changing or even ruin things , yes banks and all options looks good but it takes time and for a 22 year old girl like Prerna could be easily given into that demands and Mohini closed all doors still that girl tried ways to get out of it.

I related to Pre's sacrifice track more and I always said this I never found her stupid or dumb from beginning just a innocent emotional person who just wants her family's happiness

Agreed. I could relate to it from day 1.

Not everything was perfect or without mistake but it was a track that was believable especially bcos it’s not like she found Naveen on the street. It was a proposal that came from Mohini. Kaki maa. Which gave it a credibility for prerna nd made was Mohini so all the more worse.

Honestly Moni, I will be more scared if these two gets married.. that means their next separation will include a “divorce” and Mohini will be the reason!
