Varsha-the understated intuitive mom - Page 3

Varsha has always been one of the best characters of YRKKH. In fact the only reason I watched that show was for varsha and shaurya, they had a really sweet love story going. Anyone who has watched the initial period of the show would have noticed that.

Now coming to mishti’s sudden character change, this is just my understanding as to why she is okay with KuKu. Somewhere subconsciously I feel she wants to be accepted by kuhu as her sister. This girl has always pointed out that she is the outsider and made her feel the same. Maybe she feels helping kuhu with her love might, if not erase, at least reduce the bitterness between them and truly be accepted by her. It could also be mishti’s way of making up for sharing everything which kuhu believes only she is entitled to and has been snatched by mishti.

As for the kuku relationship, the reasons for mishti-kunal breakup have been all personally about mishti’s individuality. Firstly the job which kuhu has no idea of doing. She is the kind who would be happy with a husband who provides for her. Here, they have a common opinion.

The next reason was the surgery - if kuhu had glasses and kunal gave her the option of surgery, she would have jumped at it. Both kuhu and kunal give importance to their appearance. So yet again their opinions match.

Lastly mishti’s father, mishti has a dark past, which was the final nail in the coffin for the major showdown between mishti and kunal. As of now in the story, kuhu doesn’t have any baggage with her. So, technically their match would be perfect socially too. Two people from a stable rich family getting married.

According to mishti, kuhu is just a spoiled girl with the usual marriage dreams of every girl. Also the constant guilt trip of dumping kunal (the perfect match according to kuhu) could also have played a part in this.

As of now, I would like to justify mishti for these reasons, but I would like to wait and see what happens when kunal knows about kuhu’s parentage and how he reacts, also I’d like to see if mishti still feels kuku are made for each other. In our society, orphans would be accepted easily, but kids from extramarital affairs are treated worse. So I will wait for that drama to unfold and see what happens.

She doesn’t seem to be thinking about the glaring issue, that is meenakshi totally rejected kuhu even without giving her a chance. Mishti right now is under the impression that only mishti and kunal aren’t fit for each other and not about kunal’s chauvinistic behavior or meenakshi.

Happy for your sister to have a sis like you who cares so much for her. A lot of times a girl needs someone close to her for a different perspective. Glad and hope your sister is happy in her married life.

Coming back to the show, in reality the fact that a guy was completely okay that his mom swapped the girl he was prepared to see at last minute is a big red flag. This would be a major factor in questioning his future stance towards his wife and his independent thought process. What to do, this is an ITV show, so giving them some leeway towards logic. Also at this point in time, this show seems to have the least illogical storyline, so I’m okay with this for now.

mishti even has become mad in abir spell that she forgotten why she actually broke with kunal and abir is just one track mind busy in dreaming mishti and cleaning the path for his own love story

she is definetly going to get reality check in future because she still dont know the reason of kunal action and always ignoring small thing and not applying her brain

like kuhu never asked kunal or mind that when he took the descision of staying there he never asked or cared enough that what u will do or tell your parent just took descision

she will just agree to marry him without asking if he really love her or not but will assume that he loves her so he is marrying her

but lets see what makers has planned hope maker like other serial not whitewash his charater in victimisation

all character are intact except mishti who is behaving ott for kuku which her character is simply not

i am just surprised with misht behaviour i thought she will make kuhu understand real kunal but i feel mishti broken the rishta because of abir all bhasan was just aiyvahi by cvs even she reasoned out when abir asked why she broken woh koshish karna nahin chahta tha aur mein kisi aur se koshish karwana nahin chahti thi somewhere i feeel unconsciously she even want abir when she realised or known the truth especially

Good post, but I'd like to point out, why would Mishti stop Kuhu. Kunal wasn't right for Mishti, that doesn't mean he isn't right for Kuhu or vice versa! That's the point. Aur waise bhi, Kuhu kahan kisi ki sunegi. That girl didn't listen to her mom. I actually dislike Kuhu very much.

@Bold, and I feel there is nothing wrong with it. She can make a decision for herself not for Kuhu. Kuhu is set in the fact that she loves Kunal. Wonder what does she see in Kunal? I mean apart from his good looks and sportscar!!!

Moreover as you said Kunal tab ni kuch bola tha , ab kya bolega.

Meri sis mera koi point sunne ko tayaar ni thi. Now she sometimes in talks admits that I'd been right all those years back. 😆 She's stable thank you :) We both love each other and we have different perspectives to see the world but it's okay. Same with Kuhu , i suppose.

Besides gordhana toote time hi kitna hua hai.

my point is ki they could have a conversation what she likes about Kunal. What have they talked about? Varsha actually has been in a love relationship so you know pointers?

because as a third party viewer its frustrating ki family ko kabi pata hi ni chalega ki Kunal ki video call ka. what f*******ry he did?

you can be supportive without actually trying to hitch two people together. but fir problem vahi hai ki Kuhu sunna ni chahti sometimes parent has to make hard decision.
