All promotional campaigns are pre-planned. Ranveer himself is not going everywhere promoting the movie on his own... The people who handle the promotional campaigns of Khan movies (Spice) is doing the promotion for the movie. This movie has one of the most extensive promo campaign, this not the first promo stuff they are doing they have been promoting the movie pre-shooting since last year. Believe it or not the movie is a big budget movie, the producers do have a lot of money and they are spending a lot on the movie.
