I think its guilt. She thinks Malhar married her out of guilt. Cause he's a good guy and was trying to save her. Remember, she's even seen him being alright with going to jail and lose Pillu to save Goda, so I think she thinks this is a guilt trip. He felt so bad for her that he married her. And that's why she thinks he made a mistake - you can't feel guilty and loose your child in the process. Thats why she feels guilty as well that it's because of her that Malhar lost Moksh. Little does she know that it's not guilt that Malhar feels.
