At BB Tapur n Sahil are seen romancing. ... they are hugging ..they are disturbed by Pre n shivi , all looking for Anu ... while Anu is seen driving n trying to call Mr Mukherjee .... finally he is able to get thru .. and reaches at his door ... Mr Mukho ... the bank manager declines to talk to Anu ... Anu is annoyed with Mr Mukho for not helping BP during times of need . Mr Mukho gets annoyed ..talks of legal action . Anu finds this nonsense ....that person was Mr Bajaj . Mr Mukho the bank manager explains Baj’s way of functioning n destroying n crippling Companies ... he was now eyeing BP n trying to destroy it .

Moh is plotting to shatter Veena n Pre’s happy dreams ... she gets ready for the rasam n rituals ... gets Shagun ka thaali for bahu ... she hands Vaana the thaali ... for giving to Pre .. it had jewellery n blessings for Pre ...

At night Anunis having nightmares about Baj destroying BP .. Niv Pam notice him ..they calm him n are shocked about Anu’s revelations .. next morning ... workers are shouting slogans ..”yeh company humari hai!!!” ....
Baj arrives there n his expensive car ... he comes out of his car ..coolly smokes cigar ...workers shout the company belonged to them n refuse to work for Baj ...Baj makes a deal with the striking workers ...he. Robes them with the three months salary they had not yet received and in addition a 50% increment ..for all ...
At Gujral Textile King ...the CEO Mr Neel is unhappy with his boss Mr Gujral for inviting Baj for the meeting ...he tries to tell his boss how Baj was known for taking over companies ....how he found faults /shortcomings in companies n how he took advantage of those n took them over ... he will destroy Mr Gujral’s reputation n take over their company too ..Gujral warns Mr Neel that he was neither going to sell nor accept very low price for it .
Baj asks the union leader of striking workers to use social media ..or any means to get all workers of all the three companies under this owner into strike ..,Baj will pay them 3 months salary with 50% increment .. his time starts now ...
