Episode 13.06.19........ Nostalgia!

Aditya is teaching Sam, how to eat vada paav in true Mumbai style. Ek dam teekhat. Loved it. RD is very diet conscious I think, kabhi chocolate nahi Khata, kabhi vada paav nahi khata 😆 but seriously kya combination hai, vada paav, tea and mirchi👍🏼 Oh no, mujhe bhi khana hai😒 AAdi thanks Sam for keeping his jhoot ka Sach as well, over and above his own inventory. Don’t worry AAdi, Sam jab se Mumbai aaya hai yahi toh raha hai and AAdi says that he will be his new Mumbai guide and that they will get along very well 👍🏼

Meanwhile Samaina ke ghar me English Chain aur Hindi chain ke beech confusion and SS discovers that Sam ran away early morning without telling him. Good going Sam😆

Mr economics ke sath rehte rehte, Gharelu Preeti ne bhi paise bachana seekh liya. Am sure she will fund her own course. We may get her own jhoot ka Sach soon

AAdi reminds Sam of Mundit.😒 and to distract him, talks about portfolio. We may just get Mundits appearance soon. Sam VO mentioning that his bindaas new friend understood depth of emotions.👍🏼 and new friend for a change also pays for the vada pav. Kya din aa Gaye Sam ke. saat Pushton ke paise saat vada paav tak na tik sake

Gadkari aunty calls KZ and says they have arranged for a dimaagi dr for SS. Waise woh dimaagi doctor ke khud ki dimaagi halat zyada thik nahi lag rahi thi. 😆Gadkari uncle tells everyone that we won’t tell SS that he is a psychiatrist. Waise Gadkari uncle, you needed to tell this to the psychiatrist also. Society gang enters Naina’s home only to find SS doing Shirsh Aasan. Btw Chandresh ji actually did the aasan👍🏼

Since couch nahi tha, DD ( dimaagi dr), SS ke trunk pe Q and A karne laga:

Tum itna bhaunkte kyon ho? Bachpann mein kis breed ke dog ne kaata tha? Tumne kitno ko kaata? Tumhare kaatne se kya woh bhi tumhare jaise ho jaate hain? etc. etc. SS didn’t like these personal questions so Sab pe bhaunkne laga. Meanwhile Naina chai layi, par mehmanon ke liye chai ke sath namkeen aur SS ke liye pedigree biscuits nahi Layi. SS ke dimaag mein machi Khalibali aur Sabko bhaunk bhaunk ke nikal diya apne ghar se. loved people’s reactions here, especially gang leader. Kitna Darr gayi thi?😆

Naina ke guilty eyes ne sab bata diya aur Rakesh ko inke ek aur jhoot ke Sach ka pata chal gaya. Go Rakesh, time to add to the list. But Rakesh is very angry, bola baad me add karoonga, pehle Sam ko Thappad maroonga. Naina is scared and had fb of one of the million times that Rakesh has slapped Sam. Then CVs tried to create suspense, will he or will he not slap his damaad? Rakesh 2.0 or Rakesh original mein machi khalibali aur phir Rakesh 2.0 ne prove kar diya ke woh bhi kabhi sirf Rakesh hua karta tha aur Sam, saat pushton ka paisa lutaye hue damaad banne se pehle baalon ki dukaan, bigdail ameerzaada hua karta tha. So for old time sake, ek thappad bechare Sam ko phir se.

Precap: Rakesh leaving Samaina’s home only to slip on banana peel and Sam’s OTT expressions saying, “Papa”. Naina se zyada toh Sam papa, papa karta hai.😆

Nostalgia... Of friendship and sasur damad too for me. Naina took us back to the good old days of Rakesh Sir and Sameer the student 😄

As you said for old times sakes today Rakesh slapped Sameer. And Today it didn’t feel wrong. He couldn’t believe his kids told the society that he was crazy. Bura laga mujhe. And then I was thinking that if R leaves then Samaina are in trouble but vidhi has its ways and poor Rakesh fell and hurt himself.

Liked the new bonding of Aadi and Sam. Sameer really missed MunDit and Aadi just knew how to change his mood. Yes I too feel Mundit or one of them may visit.

I thought the society people were wrong in bringing in a Psychiatrist for Rakesh without checking with Naina or Samaina. By telling KZ they thought they were doing right I guess. Loved how they literally ran out of Samaina’s house all scared 😁

We saw a new friendship bond develop. Will we see a new Sasur-damad Bond develop? After all these days of tu-tu mai-mai, we May see a respectful Rakesh and Sameer. I want that.

Like Delhi track, we may see MunDit visiting here too. I hope both of them visits bcoz CVs ka focus sirf M pe hai kuchh dinon se, I want the trio.

Society ppl & Dr reactions to R ka bhonkna was hilarious And finally another FB and another thappad, truly a nostalgia. The other day N said ki hamare jhoot se kisi ko takleef na ho and now R is hurt bcoz of their lie. Banana peel and the great fall has another nostagia attached to it. 😆

Remember few days back we talked about Naina’s VO and guessed most likely Rakesh would be hurt. Though I only thought about the khalal issue and hurt feelings but yahan toh physically also he is getting hurt.

But I think this Rakesh incident will get them to bond better and the lie will continue. I think truth will come out only when one of Samaina gets hurt, and then the other will blurt/declare. What kind of hurt we will see.

Really loving this Sameer and Aditya bonding over vada pav as well as their secrets.

Seriously even it reminded me Mumbai vada pav. I just love it and really miss it nowadays.

Sameer thinking about Money TBH I really felt bad for him. Life lessons he learned the hard way. Before he never gave a second thought for spending money but now he is actually thinking and it was very nice to see this.

Society people bringing doctor for Rakesh TBH it was OTT.

At least they could’ve asked Naina before she is his daughter and she have a right to know this.

This whole sequence was well done. All did good here but Chandresh ji was brilliant to show his shock after knowing that what society people think about him,his anger when he got to know that Sameer told this to everyone. Just perfect.

His anger is totally justified but his slap to Sameer I didn’t like at all.

Sameer is not that school going kid anymore and now their relationship is changed.

This same thing Anand was trying to tell him before coming to Mumbai that he is Sameer not Arjun. He is their SIL and honestly I do feel Rakesh should understand this.

If any other guy instead of Sameer he would’ve slapped him? No.

Look the way he talks with Shubham Sameer is also just like him. Anyways I didn’t like that slap.

Naina was trying to save Sameer from Rakesh’s wrath that was endearing. Got a glimpse of PVKM Naina.

Precap Rakesh is leaving but fell down because of banana peel and got hurt. It reminded me School time when he fell down because of Himmat. He was cursing Sameer at that time. Call me sadist but when he fell I liked that time also because he was cursing Sameer and now also I loved it because he slapped my kiddo. I know Sameer is at fault for lying but still.

Rakesh is hurt because of their lie and he is feeling bad but he is failing to see that if Sameer wouldn’t have said that lie society people would’ve thought of him as a characterless person and that was more worse. I still feel he should’ve given a chance to Sameer to explain but then again it’s Agarwal Khandan. First slap and then talk.

For me this episode belonged to Randeep/Chandresh ji and Meghan(Aditya).

Me too. Rakesh ke liye Bura laga. Us din bhi laga tha. I know Sam’s heart was in the right place and he said whatever came to his mind to save Rakesh’s character. But the way he was saying in the Precap that “mere bachhon ne meri izzat uchaali hai”, felt bad. But what is really endearing is that he considers Sam also as one of the bachchas of his family, like Naina, Arjun, Preeti and Puja. Sam is not treated like how he would treat say Varun or Shubham❤️ This incident will only make their bond stronger and knowing Sam, agar galati karta hai toh manana bhi jaanta hai.

Though I have eaten Vada Paav only once in my life, par Cvs ne vada paav pe itna focus kiya ki mujhe bhi bhook lag aayi 😆.

I am loving the bond between Aditya and Sameer. He is a nice person and as Sam VO said, he understands emotion.

But I also want to see Mundit visiting Mumbai to meet Samaina. Even I am missing them.

So Sameer went out from home earlier so he doesn't have to take Rakesh with him. Sahi jaa rahe ho Sameer ji 😆. But when did he go to the acting class? He was shown with Aditya on the tea stall and then he went back home. Isme acting class kab gaya? Boojho to jaane 😆.

So Preeti has started saving money. She has really changed so much after marriage. Mr. Economics ne Preeti ko paise bachana sikha diya 😆. But as you said, I also think that this money will help Preeti in future.

The scene at Samaina's home with the Society people was hilarious 🤣. I was shocked to know that Rakesh's heart was broken in class 12th. I was like "ye kaise ho sakta hai, Rakesh ka dil koi ladki tod gayi, wo bhi 12th me?" 🤣.

And I was surprised to see Chandresh sir doing the Shirsh Asan himself. It is really difficult to do. Mujhse to kabhi na ho 😆.

Aur kaise bhagaya tha sabko Rakesh ne ghar se 🤣. And the doctor's reaction that Rakesh needs a shock therapy made me laugh out loud 😆. And then only Vanita was left inside the house. The look on her face was hilarious 🤣.

So Aditya gave the idea of portfolio to Sameer. But Sameer denied because he wanted to save money. It's nice to see this change in Sameer. Earlier he didn't think twice before spending money but now he understands the value of money. Zindagi sab sikha deti hai.

Naina trying to defend Sameer was heartwarming to see. She remembered Rakesh's slap to Sameer when Samaina had ran away and asked Rakesh to slap her instead of Sameer.

But I think this time Sameer deserved to get slapped for hurting Rakesh's feelings. And I think even Sameer wouldn't get angry for being slapped this time because even if Rakesh and Sameer never said it, both of them know about the bond they have developed and that both of them are like father and son now. The progress in their relation needs appreciation 👏.

Precap me Rakesh kele ke chilke pe phisal gaya. And you are right, Sameer calls Rakesh as papa more than Naina 😆.

Title is apt. The slap was indeed nostalgic as it reminded us of all the previous slaps but we could clearly see the difference between those slaps and this slap.

Have written the other side of the story in Appu s post. Ofcourse slapping anyone, especially kids is totally not justified under any circumstance. Am totally against it. But Rakesh like many Indian parents slaps HIS kids. See that’s what it is, the new improved Rakesh treats him as HIS child and feels the Haq. And exactly what I wrote, he doesn’t treat Shubham or Varun that way. Sam is now in his head like the Aggarwal gang of kids. Also, see the way Sam talks to Rakesh. No damaad will speak to his Sasur that way too. Sam also takes liberties because somewhere he treats him like his parent and knows he won’t be judged.

Yeah that’s exactly what Sam thought at the moment. Being called characterless was worse than being called mentally ill. True yeh Agarwal khandan ki parampara hai.
