I thought it was pretty obvious .... Ayaan being head over heels for Alizeh which didn’t change even after her rejection. Alizeh was pretty clear she loved him and cared for him but never as a lover, it just didn’t happen for her, she never fell in love with him.

Or did the Ek tarfa pyar dialogue just go over her head?😛
