I was thinking maybe I’ll not watch dark shadow’s shenanigans, but then I can’t get snarky about his behavior. So going to always remember that RB is Raavan and he’ll soon be singing “money can’t buy me love”.

AnuPre were already behaving like a toofan was on its way and reinforcing to each other they will weather the storm together and be there for and with each other.

I don't know about others but My only issue with AnuPre's relationship is that last one month is brushed of ,like nothing happened. Like Anu never publicly humiliated her. Like he married someone else without even telling her.

They are back to philosophical talks, lovey dovey scenes and life-long promises but don't discuss the real issues. There is no doubt that both love each other to bits but Communication is their biggest issue.

Of course mostly it is writer's fault , but then the dialogues that are given are butchering the characters.

Anu and Pre’s relationship is like a broken record. They keep repeating the same things again and again

I agree with you completely, that Anurag craves for her and cares for her.

And I loved the candle scene too.

I get your point. Most of us here are fed up of the never ending promises and heavy duty dialogues. I would love them to talk like regular people ..simple dialogues...no misunderstandings..no useless sacrifices.. but we are never going to get that in a show that is coming on a GEC that too a prime time drama. There is no point complaining because these things are not going to change...at least not till the whole current trp system goes away. People have been complaining from the beginning but did anything change?

DG, if just for 10 minutes they had shown AnuPre discussing what went wrong and how if they had communicated, and spoken to each other before taking their decision without consulting the other , all this komo fiasco and marraige would never have happened.

This is the only issue ppl are having with AnuPre, atleast as per my knowledge.

Nobody doubts their love for each other. But because of shoddy dialogues and when viewers see them just brushing things under carpet and not "communicating about the real issues" , we are unable to relate much to them because that's not how relationships work. See, everyone when they state their opinion, it's mostly based on their belief and their own experience. For some, Anu-Pre must be perfect and for some, it may look like two teenagers obsessed with each other, madly in love but not able to communicate properly.

That doesn't make it right or wrong. It's just that opinions differ and we can agree to disagree :)

Something I disliked about the inital portrayal (and I was in a real minority at the time in the forum) was the need to portray anurag as perfect. And the desire to bash Prerna just because she was portrayed as most of us are - with some things where she is an absolute angel and others where she is acts foolishly and emotionally. Some of my favourite characters in my favourite TV series or movies (albeit English) are imperfect. Some grow through their imperfections, some don’t. I like to pat myself on the back and say that some of my rants at the star plus insta ladies had a role to play in them stopping their ridiculous promos of anurag as the perfect boyfriend and the perfect son and the perfect friend.

So I for one don’t mind that we have an anurag who made a huge mistake. That he misjudged the situation, that he become incapacitated against Komolika and prerna has to be the one taking action..... I can be upset at him for his actions, but they add layers to the character. I dislike and am disappointed with the inability of the writers to draw a proper line under it and give him proper dialogues of contrition. He has lots of indirect dialogues like saying he wants to ask veena for forgiveness etc but not direct lines. Instead the boy is given situation after situation in which he shows he never ending love and care for prerna. Since Komolika he has been mconstantly putting her first and taking care her. He admitted in the Saturday Maha episode his thought process and how much he admires prerna for her actions. Even the way he speaks to her is with so much care - like he did on the phone saying “bolo prerna”. And how he expressed his constant fear of losing her today....

And finally my prerna. I love anupre but I have always and will always have a slightly softer corner for my prerna. How she tugs at my heart. With her initial desire to have a happy life while also helping her parents and believing in love. How she has always shown her honest feelings - even her dislike for Naveen while also being ready to make a stupid sacrifice. Everything people love to bash about her - I love. Her confusion in the hospital scene with anurag - of loving and hating him for what he did to her. Her need to make anurag suffer but also make him tell her why he didn’t love her any more. And now the way she is willing to accept to forgive anurag and stand up with him in front of Komolika, but is also always afraid and not scared to express it to Nivi or anurag. This is me and so many people I see around me. We don’t always resolve our issues perfectly- they are often scars on our heart that we carry around with us for ever.
