I love MaNan & Fab5 more than the story of KY. I was crazy about them, their offscreen dubsmash, ivs, fun segments..Oh god, I adored them, KY2 didn't go well with me with Parth quitting, then yuvraj, then parth re-entry.. kinda killed the essence, also my excitement was drained down.

I loved s3 as it fulfilled my wish of their wedding.

Not sure on those things too..But don't think they got rights..They even claim it to be their own story if I am not wrong..I read some articles how Vikas went to many PH to produce the script and all turned down and eventually he produced under his own....Not mentioned about rights in any page like wikipedia or Google..
